I’m curious why the second story wasn’t in ICF? I’ve seen this home on The Build Show and it wasn’t explained then why either.

Great question Saul. Our Client opted for the bonus room second floor to be wood frame for cost savings. It is only the bonus room that is not ICF.

How do you keep termites from tunneling into the EPS? I live in Tempe, and I'm very interested in ICF construction in the Phoenix area.

ICF is the absolute best product to prevent termites and bugs/critters.
