Thank you so much Margaret! I still have a lot to stitch on the green blanket but I'm starting to feel that reaching the end is possible!
Lovely to see you back. Gorgeous stitching, as always. I would love a library tour!

So lovely to see your face :) Hooray for keeping up with SALs!! Would love to see a tour of your library and and I'd really enjoy a book review segment. Happy stitching! Looking forward to the next video ~ Pam
I’m a process stitcher. Love stitching, not so much at finishing it completely. Love your bookcase and all your books. That is heaven to me.
Awesome WIPs Amy! I'm totally here for the library tour!!
I would count your Jan. /Feb. MFE as two finishes!!! Beautiful! Glad I found your channel. Thanks Michelle (mommalovesyougb)
Lovely to see you and your beautiful projects. Take care x
Thank you Caroline!
Your projects are simply amazing
Thank you so much Jacqueline!
Hi Amy! OMG your Modern Folk Art 2021 SAL is stunning. Love the blues and the Alabaster linen. Your red sampler is also beautiful and I love that you felt a tie to it.
I just watched you for the first time - enjoyed your video and am looking forward to catching up on your older ones. I , for one, would LOVE to see the library tour.
Thank you so much for watching Stacy! Glad you enjoyed it. Looking forward to filming a library tour soon.
Happy to see your update video. I love that Halloween Fairy. Have a great week.
Thank you Amy!
First time watching one of your videos very delightful. You have some beautiful WIPS. Blessings
Thank you! Glad you enjoyed the video! Hope to see you again. Happy stitching ❤️
I love your first stitch along! So pretty!
Thank you! 😊
I was happy to see a video from you. I always love to see what you are working on. I am also stitching the MFE 2021 SAL, and you are right that each part has quite a bit of stitching. I am caught up and I also hope to be able to stay caught up even though I am working on many other WIPS as well. I love to see haul so I hope you don’t ever feel like you shouldn’t show it. Your Greek sampler is so beautiful and I can only imagine how much fun it was for you to stitch. Hugs and happy stitching.................
Thank you Pam! I am loving the MFE SAL....and I am afraid to fall behind because that would be a ton of stitching to catch up on! Hopefully I will be motivated to stay caught up by both love of the design and a healthy fear of the size! Love seeing your comments and I hope you are doing well....
I like your videos a lot. You are just chilling here. :) No giggles, no weird stuff, just nice projects and really nice content. :)
I love the Greek alphabet sampler. I married into a Greek family, so I have to stitch it! I enjoyed seeing all your projects. Happy stitching!
Thank you Natalie! The Sampler was reproduced for the historical society in Lynn, Massachusetts and sold through them. I have no idea if its still available....your best bet to find it would be to call them and ask. Thank you for watching!
@@gablesstitcher3325 we have relatives in Lynn! Small 🌎
Thank you for taking The time to create another inspiring video!! Your redwood sampler in one word...AWESOME!! Love 💘 LOVE it!! I am not a red girl, but I plan to stitch a few red samplers like Red Rhapsody to put on my sampler wall! I love blues and greens!! See you Any in 2 weeks!! Oh I will be STITCHING Wisdom Geisha in support of Asiastitchingsal!! HAPPY STITCHING TODAY AND EVERYDAY IN 2021!!

Thank you Karen!
Great video looking forward to March’s videos
Thank you Marybeth!
Lovely video!
You got sooooooo much done! Finish the Burgundy Sampler!
I'm hoping to finish it in March....I need to not get distracted!
So much beauty! I know well what you mean about those BIG projects! I really like your new project bags...so pretty and roomy.
Thank you Ellen!
Hello! I am finally just catching up on Floss Tube! Love all your progress and I would love to hear your book talk! Happy Stitching!
Thanks for visiting! I am desperately trying to catch up. I just watched your WIP parade....so I’m still behind! I need to be better about commenting too ❤️
Hello I am new here looking forward to watch all your videos and good luck.
24:05 I love that sampler that you are working on.
I’m so glad to see you back!
Thank you Megan!
I'm still trying to figure out what kind of stitcher I am. When I stitched years ago, I was definitely a product stitcher. Now I think I'm both as well. Your Greek American sampler is wonderful and I love that you found it and it means so much. I'll keep an eye out for more Greek ones...I bet they are out there and with all of the sampler reproduction companies going and starting, hopefully they will pop up. I recently found a Scarlett Letter sampler repro that has a family surname (Barfoot) and it was stitched in a place in England where my Barfoot family was at that time. So good chance a distant cousin at least. Otherwise, I'm the same with looking for Irish and Irish American samplers.
Such beautiful work you always share! I just love them. I have also kind of dreaded an old wip, and then been pleasantly surprised when I revisit it later on. Also, And They Sinned is not out of print. It is regularly on sale at Cecilia’s Samplers in Branson, MO if anyone wants to give them a call. I only bought my copy about 6 months ago.
Thank you! And yes…I have learned that thankfully Examplar Dames charts are not out of print. Which is great so everyone can enjoy stitching them. This is an older video so at the time I was not aware at the time. I should make a point of telling people this though because it’s a common misconception still.
Thank you
I too am glad to see and hear from you again . Love your WIPs . You give me great idea's like the Wicked Christmas pattern you showed in your WIP parade!
Thank you Maud!
I love all of your WIPs, haul, and plans. I’m very excited to be receiving Virtue, thank you so much!
Thank you Lisa! I hope it brings you joy stitching on it!
Hi Amy..its always great to see a new update ...your band samplers are so great makes me want to do one!...Hope you can do a library tour sometime, I love to see other peoples interests.
Thank you Cindy!
Amy, I have the same poinsettia fabric and Randi showed her progress on the Christmas Tree so I had to buy the pattern also! Let’s share our progress with each other.
Hi Amy. Had to pause your video and go buy 'Red Rhapsody', lol, it's gorgeous! Love your projects..that jade sampler is so delicate and I do adore the bedspread sampler. ☺️
Thanks Karen! I saw you had a big finish recently (the snow RTO kit). It looked amazing! I’m glad I enabled you on Red Rhapsody! I’m trying hard not to start it right now. Need to finish the blanket first....
@@gablesstitcher3325 we could start it together in a couple months time if you like😉
@@karenjorgen-jensen827 I have a hard time saying no to a SAL! When do you want to start? 😂. June? I’m going to try to do monogomaynia on the green blanket. Red Rhapsody could be my reward.
@@gablesstitcher3325 fine by me. 😊Looking forward to it already ☺️
Thank you!!!!
You're welcome!
I was just thinking about you today - I'm so far behind on watching flosstube that I thought I might have missed a video.
The Greek sampler is lovely, and it's easy to see why it's so special to you.
I love your jade band sampler and your Modern Folk Embroidery SAL. (All of your WIPs are gorgeous, but those two really called to me. I have to say that I love watching people work on And They Sinned, but for some reason, Adam and Eve samplers just aren't my thing lol.
I've been meaning to start Gathering Berries, too.. I've had an idea of what I want to do with it since it came out. I printed it right away, and it still sits on top of my printer (sigh).
The Christmas tree is going to be stunning on the red fabric. I've had that kitted up with two of my favorite Gloriannas (Elizabethan Green and Pointsettia) but now you have me thinking.. I've been on a blue and silver kick and I have a gorgeous piece of dark blue linen. I'm determined to finish a couple of WIPs before I make another bigger start, so I've got time to decide lol.
The Christmas tree on blue with silver would be really pretty! I like watching flosstubers stitch things that I don’t typically stitch either. I do love how there is so much variety in our craft! Hope you are doing well ❤️
❤️ x
Your stitching is magnificent! I so enjoy your videos! It will be nice to see you more often! 💝
Thank you 😊
Your stitching is so impressive. I call my type of stitcher (and probably yours as well) a "Progress stitcher" rather than either process or product. I enjoy the stitching so much, but I have to be able to see progress to enjoy what I am doing. Example - long, boring borders are not my friend; but intricate quakers? Oh my, yes. Looking forward to your next video.
Thank you Holly! I like that term....progress stitcher. I might need to use it and credit you. And intricate Quaker’s? Sign me up please.
I dont mean to be so offtopic but does anyone know a trick to get back into an Instagram account??
I somehow forgot the password. I would love any assistance you can give me.
@Santana Mayson Instablaster =)
@Russell Martin I really appreciate your reply. I got to the site on google and I'm trying it out atm.
Seems to take a while so I will reply here later with my results.
@Russell Martin It did the trick and I finally got access to my account again. I'm so happy!
Thanks so much you saved my account!
I would love to see a book tour
Thank you Nouf! I’m looking forward to filming one.
Love your wips, Amy! There is a sampler called Greek Sampler 1828 by The Traveling Stitcher. I bought it in 2019 at the Attic. I think they had more copies. It has a Greek alphabet. I’m sure other stores have it too though it is not a recent release. xo, Tricia (preb409 on ig)
Yeah, a new Amy video! I agree that it's been a crazy winter. Trying to find time to make a video with kids and school and husbands working from home is a real challenge! You've certainly been busy stitching though!
Thanks Helen! I’m ready for a little less crazy. Not going to happen though!
Teresa's sampler is really special! Love all of your WIPS right now, but the band samplers have my heart. 2022 will be the year I stitch one! I didn't know that mybobbin had Maia kits (hello rabbit hole) - I think you may have successfully enabled me into something new for StitchAsia.
Happy to enable Angela!
The green blanket is looking so good! I like the mermaid, but I’m partial to the “Angels with Uzis” motifs. 😄 Love the band samplers-the color you chose for the 2021 sampler is perfect!
Angels with Uzis 😂😂. Love it. I’ve mentally named the faun jumping rope “Jessica”. So many good gems on that sampler.
Loved your ffo parade 💜ohh my those full coverage kits are great have fun with those! Thank you for sharing I so enjoy your videos keep them coming ❣️
Thank you Gail!
The kits from My Bobbin are gorgeous. I have a few on my wish list from their site. I may ask for them for my birthday. Thank you for the video, I always love visiting with you. Xoxo
Thank you Amy! I always love visiting with you too ❤️❤️ Hugs and belated happy birthday
Hi Amy, I am way behind on my floss tube viewing, so am binge watching your videos ( which I enjoy) to catch up. I am currently stitching St Basil's Cathedral Moscow, but my sky looks to be different colours than your kit. I didn't purchase mine from My Bobbin so that could be why. You'll find my progress updates on IG @peacefulkoalastitcher if you would like to take a look see. Thanks Amy for the time you give us in recording your videos. Cheers.

YES!!! Library tour!!!! I love that Greek sampler. Your Kits for Christmas are beautiful. I would love to check out those project bags. Do you have any info to pass along?
Hi Janet! A library tour will motivate me to clean the library.....so I need to figure out the best way to film it. It will be fun. The project bags are BFF pouches and bags....they sell through their facebook group by that name. Hope you are doing well Janet!
ALSO, where did you buy the band sampler fabric?
I just found your Floss Tube and really enjoy it! I tried to find the Greek sampler, but I haven't had any luck. Do you know where you ordered it from? My niece is marrying into a 100% Greek family and this would be such a fantastic surprise that I could make to gift them. I appreciate any information. Thanks! Kelly
Just found your podcast and would like to do the Asian stitch month can you give subjects on PDF pattern. Like your projects
Hi Rhonda! I bought my pattern from Modern folk Embroidery as a PDF. There are a ton of Asian cross stitch designs available via PDF on Etsy too. Thanks for watching!
so good to find your FT - I love your WIPs and I think you would enjoy watching @mommalovesyouGB - she just did a review of my bobbin kits. Greetings from UK
Thank you! I love Michelle. She has the best projects! I’ll need to go watch that video now.
Love the red Greek sampler! I would love to know who published it, if you still have the chart. I do remember Traveling Stitcher released a Greek sampler some years ago-I would try the Attic. Have you seen the designs from Avlea Mediterranean Folk Embroideries? Not samplers, but really gorgeous designs. Love your videos-thanks so much for sharing.
Hi Jeri! The Sampler was reproduced for the historical society in Lynn, Massachusetts and sold through them. I have no idea if its still available....your best bet to find it would be to call them and ask. I'll need to look for that Greek Sampler...thank you! And I love the Avlea designs....I agree with you....so gorgeous.
@@gablesstitcher3325 Thanks!
Hi Amy, can you please tell me where the red sampler with the greek alphabet is from? It’s so beautiful and my daughter is also half greek so I think she would like it too.
Hi Britta! The Sampler was reproduced for the historical society in Lynn, Massachusetts and sold through them. I have no idea if its still available....your best bet to find it would be to call them and ask.
Hi Amy - that Greek sampler was so lovely to see as I too.My Dad is Greek. Would you know where I can get the Theresa 1901 pattern? Thank you
Hi Diane! The Pattern was passed on to me by another stitcher. It was reproduced for the historical society in Lynn, Massachusetts and sold through them. I have no idea if its still available....your best bet would be to call them and ask. Thank you for watching!
@@gablesstitcher3325 thank you and will do...always a pleasure to catch up and see what you are up too😊
Hi can you show us how you stitch...hoops,frames,lap stands, lighting,supplies....
Thank you.
Hi Barbara! I can try. I’m working on trying to tweak my camera set up so I can do a stitch with me. I use hoops, qsnaps, and occasionally scroll rods or stitch in hand....so I do whatever works for me on the project. It just depends!
Where do I find the sampler for stitch Asia sal?
Hi Karen! The sampler I am stitching I bought from modern folk embroidery as a PDF. www.modernfolkembroidery.com/product/a-japanese-hiragana-sampler/ You can stitch anything that has a connection to Asia for the SAL.....designer or subject matter. The possibilities are endless.
@@gablesstitcher3325 where do I look for Asian samplers, etc.?
I am Greek where can I get this ?
There is a Greek sampler that benefits the Kivoto which is for children of refugees in Greece ! I will give you the name as soon as I find it !,
I would love the name of that! The Greek Sampler I stitched was reproduced for the historical society in Lynn, Massachusetts and was sold through them. I have no idea if its still available....your best bet to find it would be to call them and ask. It's nice to find Greek items to stitch because there are not many avaiable!
