Hi, I'm from Brazil and I love this channel!!
Nice Job Eddie!
Hi Eddie! 14 years as an ICU RN, 8 in the Trauma ICU. I've been away from the bedside for 4 years and I've just interviewed to go back. Clearly, I've lost some of my mojo. Which videos do I need to watch first?
Welcome back! You'll be surprised how quick you pick it back up. I actually just answered this quite in depth to someone not even a week ago. I should have saved the answer haha. I may create a "New to ICU" playlist from the videos but for now, I'd say go with the following playlists:
ACLS
ABGs
EKG Interpretation
Ventilators
Airway Management
Critical Care Labs
Fluid Management
Hemodynamics
Shock
Arterial Lines
ICU Drips
Medication Antidotes
Wow i really needed this a few weeks ago. We don’t get these often and I knew something was wrong with the placement when I had no blood draw back from the introducer or the VIP, and my waveform looked wedged. No one believed me that something was wrong 🥲
