LN Bookworm, Lyo. Suzuki Arisa (鈴木亜理沙) is currently with I'M Enterprise as with Sakura Ayane and Uchida Maaya (they get rotated weekly in this radio). She is their direct kouhai. She hasn't had many roles so the most info you'll probably find is her JP wikipedia entry. Her cooking is a death wish. Maaya, Sakura, and Chanko all have died to it.
