Happy 20 year anniversary! My husband and I also celebrated our 20 year wedding anniversary this year (ours was September 22nd)! We got a 5-Year Hobonichi techo for 2024 for both of us to write short love notes to each other every night at bedtime. 🥰

Thanks for sharing your thought process and choices. I've been struggling with health issues and time (and life) has fallen into disarray. Watching your video helped me to see that it's okay to try and try again, in different ways. Thanks for sharing!

Thank you for your lovely comment. Yes, I have to tell myself that it is ok to start over, too. No matter what we are struggling with, even if we have to start over each day, that's ok! And we should be proud that we keep going. ❤️ Wishing you all the best with your health and much success ❤️

Thank you for sharing your thoughts! I always end up using any dated planner as a memory keeping thing/journal/collage-deco thing. I love getting dated planners so much to use them this way! (Of course I also have a plain notebook for long form journaling if I need to)
I can only plan in a plain notebook for some reason! I do the bullet journal method, the original one though where you typically don't draw before hand any layout whatsoever so each day takes as much space as you need each time and it needs zero effort to maintain it 😃 For date specific events, I also use a digit calendar ofnsome sort so I can also get notifications!

Oh my goodness! So glad someone else needs notifications. I would never remember anything if Google didn't shout at me. 😁 That is a really good idea to just write in whatever you need and put the decorations/drawings after. May have to try that. Thank you!

Its funny how different planners offer different solutions but not the one we really need, you are very busy, but thank you for your video's

It was helpful to hear you think through your lineup. I think your lineup has great choices- the weeks mega is so flexible. One thing I thought of when you mentioned being gifted the A6 techo was using it as a 3-5 year journal. I started one last year and it is really interesting to see what happened on the same day the year or years previous. There’s a RUclipsr named Lisilos (I think) who split her a6 up that way. It’s just a low time commitment option if you feel like it doesn’t have a place when January starts. I look forward to hearing how things go!

Thank you so much! I think the 3 or 5 year journal sounds like a good idea. Stationary gifts are the best! There is no guilt in not having it all worked out. 😁

At 3:00 everything you were talking about such as being unable to complete tasks efficiently and also not being able to stop certain tasks are key symptoms of ADHD. Not saying that you have ADHD but if what you’re saying inhibits functioning in your life it might be something to look into.

How did you create an over head view iv tried many different ways I just can’t get it right. This acct I have a beauty channel I’ve taken a break from the loss of my mother from her journey though breast cancer. She fought hard and I miss her I find planning soothing and relaxing I’m also trying to get out of all the emotions I have holding me down. I use a lot of florals in my planner my mother loved flowers and butterflies 🦋. I tried to put my cannon on my stands I have now And it didn’t won’t. Any tips would be helpful thank you so much

I am sorry to hear about the loss of your mother. I hope you are taking good care of yourself. As someone who also lost a parent to cancer, I can say that the journey to learning to grieve and manage the loss is unique to you and something that can take a while to figure out. Give yourself the space you need to learn how to live in this changed and changing environment.
I currently use my phone and a flexible gooseneck stand phone holder. It's not ideal as it can shake, and the phone is great, but not as good as a DSLR... I'm over here creating on a budget!
