Hello Pankit ji, I don’t live in India . In my home basement has 2 hot water boiler tanks starts from gas in the west and north west direction. On ground floor right above these boilers my room with bed and my work table facing west. I am a trader, any remedy please?

Hello…. I am into business
I have a big flower bed space in west which some says is considered as a C-cut in west. On my west there is a beautiful garden of our society. I wish to landscape my flower bed by putting real soil and small flowering shrubs (have got a green signal from structural consultant). Everywhere west isn’t considered great. Can u pls suggest whether I should proceed with the flower bed in west?
This has become a point of concern of our family as vastu consultants are suggesting to avoid due to west direction and hence that area is just lying vacant
