CS, As a long (l-o-n-g) time 2D Autocad Steel Detailer now challenged with the daunting task of learning (and becoming productive with) Tekla Structures, I REALLY!!! appreciate the content of your videos ...and also the humor with which you present them. Towards the end of the work day I set aside all the "middle clicking", not surprisingly done with a middle finger (which many times has been the finger I am motivated to deploy!) Seriously, I take some time to spend watching your videos. Along with VERY helpful information that is presented in a way that conveys the complete and proper information to actually accomplish the TIP/TRICK, your affable nature and cleverness has given me a good laugh... right when I needed one... I'm sure you've been there! Cheers and Thanks!
miss your videos. i have started streaming my daily work over a twitch (precast modelling) your videos gave me the courage to go ahead and share my daily grind. hopefully people will get something from it.
Very useful. Can you make video about component link to excel ? My idea is set an auto connection with standard in excel file ? Could be work ? thanks you.
Hello CS, thank you for your very useful videos. I wonder if you have any insight on the following issue: I have a custom component whose variables work perfectly fine in the custom component editor, but when I close it and try to modify the input values in the dialog box, some of the variables (that still work in the editor) do not work. Have you ever experienced that problem? Again, thank you and congratulations for the high quality content.
Thank you, I appreciate the positive feedback! As far as your question, I'm not very familiar with custom components since I haven't used them. I'm sure you could get that question answered on the Tekla forum, though.

Hello, I have a one question:when I using a ASCII symbols then they are not visualised at the text? May be need to set someone of advance option?
Hello,
May I ask what resolution you have on your monitor? Everything looks so small. Is it 4k?
4K (3840x2160). I use a 43" 4K monitor, so everything is easy to read on my end.
@@CSWilsonDraws do you use 3 pieces 43' monitor?
No, I don't have enough room for that. :) I have a 43" 4K in landscape and a 32" 4K in portrait.
@@CSWilsonDraws Thank you very much your answers. I really like to see your videos. I like your humor and you have very useful advises.
