- This is a short film that I produced as a project for my Video Production 1 class in College. It details my experience with the genre of House Music and how to me it is, more than just music.

The term "House" yes comes from Chicago but Frankie Knuckles bought house to Chicago from NYC so enough said,,,the music originated in NY 🗽.

Ameer, I enjoyed your video. As an older house head (been around for a bit), and an older DJ with lots of mileage, I have deep appreciation for passing of the torch. I'm not ready to hang up the headphones yet, but I also want the scene to look forward and grow forward. You and the next crew up are the torch bearers with me cheering you on, but I'll still be at the party. Peace.
