That's why it's better to have genuine actors like Jerome ponce in the series.. They turn or make simple scenes into something better and convincing.. A big kudos to Kat Galang. Her role made the series better. There's something with her personality that just brings more spice in this series. I can't imagine this series without Flo. She deserves all the appreciation the same way with Ben and Jim's.
Yana is such a great person she didn't even fight with Ben and just glared at him. Olan is very respectful and handled the situation so well by calling sr and moving on.

@@kevinyoung42 This. I mean, if they're going to *use* a green screen (which should never ever happen), at least edit it correctly. That scene was just ridiculous.
Hmmmm... this episode felt rushed. A lot of the conflict points-the affair, Leo, the aftermath of Jim's coming out-were resolved too quickly which made the emotional impact weak. The mystery of the affair, which was hinted at from the beginning, was written like it was going to ruin them all. But instead we just see it as a text (which was also a weak way to reveal that btw), a tool for Leo's blackmail, and gone after 1 call between Ben and his mom. This series started with a lot of promise but ended with a "meh". Great acting from the actors but the character development could be better. Kat Galang was perfect though.
The way they went about this story was so awkward and uncomfortable. They were happy together(as a couple) for like 3 seconds the entire series and 90% is spent on drama. Jim has a weird and twisted mindset when it comes to being in a relationship with Ben. He had no courage to tell Yana but suddenly came out to the entire country? The end scene was Ben’s dream? And that fake kiss was the biggest insult I’ve ever seen in a BL. 😶
The comments on the season two final episode teaser are as expected. Viewers expressing disappointment and frustration, some begging Regal NOT to do a third season, others asking for a third season -- without Ben.

To be honest the last two episode of this season and the whole second season are difficult to swallow, not because the acting, it was because the writing and the logic, the whole 1 season Ben had the goal to make Jim notice him but the entire season two is about Ben forgetting Jim WTF I loved the actors I hope they can find a better story to play or regal fix the whole season 2 in the 3 season with a good and smart explanation of why Ben did that to Jim, in the first episode. like Jim father killed his wife and Ben father knew the true and told Ben with the hope of him staying away of Jim father, So Ben run away because he knew that Jim was returning home after the video and that's why he stayed far away as posible.

This became disappointing just to have a season 2. Bad writing. It became too unnecessarily dark. It sends a lot of negative ways to handle things. You’ll end up not rooting for anyone at all.
True. That video call between Ben and Leo got too dark out of the blue. We were given hints that Leo's character can go dark but I guess he wasn't shown enough to make the sudden shift to being dark that convincing. Leo ended up feeling like a plot device to stir some more drama.
The material has so much potential, but I kinda stopped watching it coz there are too many problematic elements na di na redeem hanggang matapos. Loopholes that affected my interest. It's mostly coming from Jim's character, but Ben also has issues with his personality. Masyadong na complexify yung characters pero hindi pa na be breakdown nag end na. And just like what you said, all for the sake of another season. In expense, this doesn't feel like it accomplished anything. If the second season is gonna be better, watching the first season will become discretionary na lang.

I noticed that too. I know there is a specific reason behind why they opt to show the kissing scene at that specific angle however, it is still obvious, anyway we can't force Jerome / Teejay to do it if they are not really comfortable about it 😊

A bit disappointed with the ending. Too rushed... Too unconvincing... Like, as if, Ben had a magical phone. He couldn't convince his mother over so many video calls in those past months but just a call and his mother freed him. Same with Leo. Just a call of his mom and he suddenly got back his senses. Like how 🤷🏻♀️ Also what impact did their father's affair had on Jim was not in the scene at all.. I think that was the main point of their break up after all. The ending kiss was poorly directed. A tight hug would have served the purpose better if they had any qualms with kissing. Anyway.. goodbye finally 💕

this is the bl series...Ben x Jim.....na inuulit ulit ko panoorin because of the underlying thought and concept on how this bl series was made......very good story, production design and cinematography even the musical scoring was superb......directing this bl series was great......acting wise even the supporting casts were all outstanding.....truly this bl series was beautifully crafted......thanks again mother lily monteverde for producing this bl series......i saw jose javier reyes name as the creative director....no doubt na maganda itong series.......i am looking forward for the ben x jim forever.......all i can say......maraming salamat po sa lahat ng tao involved in this Ben x Jim......... They did not ended up together. What the last scene all about was just ben's dream and not the reality. I therefore conclude that this series needs season 2!

The ending scenes were really rushed. I respect the whole series tho since it was all from hardwork but damn if you’re talking about the quality of the storyline it was destroyed at the end parts. It doesn’t make sense to me how Jim got easily broken off with Yana which i think is really not realistic that’s why some people can’t relate, and also the scene where Leo just easily gave up on Ben given that Leo is just so suicidal and possessive. The acting of the actors were on point but the story trashed them all. It was a good build up but them it’s just worse at the end I would still try to watch the Season 2 tho baka this time the the ending would really be good enough to justify Ben and Jim’s characters and story.
I think the feelings for Yana where never deep feelings. Just look around, there are many people who are not in love anymore, but stay together because they are afraid of being alone. Or worse, being together and never ever loved the partner. It happens. As for Leo, i think there is backstory we dont know. Flo mentioned his mother before, so i think that his mother is some real big influence. good or bad, we dont know. And i dont think he gave up easily. We only saw that snippet and for all we know Leo could allready be plotting his revenge.
Ben being a doormat kind of ruined this for me. And just once I’d like to see a couple fighting together instead of the same splitting up and back together pattern.
Gosh, this was something. I commend Mr. Marquez and Mr. Ponce on their acting, it was worth wile. It had the essence and the meaning of how Filipinos truly are in relationships. Well done!

Hmmmm... this episode felt rushed. A lot of the conflict points-the affair, Leo, the aftermath of Jim's coming out-were resolved too quickly which made the emotional impact weak.
The mystery of the affair, which was hinted at from the beginning, was written like it was going to ruin them all. But instead we just see it as a text (which was also a weak way to reveal that btw), a tool for Leo's blackmail, and gone after 1 call between Ben and his mom.
This series started with a lot of promise but ended with a "meh". Great acting from the actors but the character development could be better.
Kat Galang was perfect though.

The way they went about this story was so awkward and uncomfortable. They were happy together(as a couple) for like 3 seconds the entire series and 90% is spent on drama. Jim has a weird and twisted mindset when it comes to being in a relationship with Ben. He had no courage to tell Yana but suddenly came out to the entire country?
The end scene was Ben’s dream? And that fake kiss was the biggest insult I’ve ever seen in a BL. 😶
The comments on the season two final episode teaser are as expected. Viewers expressing disappointment and frustration, some begging Regal NOT to do a third season, others asking for a third season -- without Ben.

To be honest the last two episode of this season and the whole second season are difficult to swallow, not because the acting, it was because the writing and the logic, the whole 1 season Ben had the goal to make Jim notice him but the entire season two is about Ben forgetting Jim WTF
I loved the actors I hope they can find a better story to play or regal fix the whole season 2 in the 3 season with a good and smart explanation of why Ben did that to Jim, in the first episode. like Jim father killed his wife and Ben father knew the true and told Ben with the hope of him staying away of Jim father, So Ben run away because he knew that Jim was returning home after the video and that's why he stayed far away as posible.

This became disappointing just to have a season 2. Bad writing. It became too unnecessarily dark. It sends a lot of negative ways to handle things. You’ll end up not rooting for anyone at all.
True. That video call between Ben and Leo got too dark out of the blue. We were given hints that Leo's character can go dark but I guess he wasn't shown enough to make the sudden shift to being dark that convincing. Leo ended up feeling like a plot device to stir some more drama.
The material has so much potential, but I kinda stopped watching it coz there are too many problematic elements na di na redeem hanggang matapos. Loopholes that affected my interest. It's mostly coming from Jim's character, but Ben also has issues with his personality. Masyadong na complexify yung characters pero hindi pa na be breakdown nag end na. And just like what you said, all for the sake of another season. In expense, this doesn't feel like it accomplished anything. If the second season is gonna be better, watching the first season will become discretionary na lang.
I don't care if the leads find happiness with each other, with a unicorn or die single. I just don't care anymore 🥺

this is the bl series...Ben x Jim.....na inuulit ulit ko panoorin because of the underlying thought and concept on how this bl series was made......very good story, production design and cinematography even the musical scoring was superb......directing this bl series was great......acting wise even the supporting casts were all outstanding.....truly this bl series was beautifully crafted......thanks again mother lily monteverde for producing this bl series......i saw jose javier reyes name as the creative director....no doubt na maganda itong series.......i am looking forward for the ben x jim forever.......all i can say......maraming salamat po sa lahat ng tao involved in this Ben x Jim......... The ending scenes were really rushed. I respect the whole series tho since it was all from hardwork but damn if you’re talking about the quality of the storyline it was destroyed at the end parts. It doesn’t make sense to me how Jim got easily broken off with Yana which i think is really not realistic that’s why some people can’t relate, and also the scene where Leo just easily gave up on Ben given that Leo is just so suicidal and possessive. The acting of the actors were on point but the story trashed them all. It was a good build up but them it’s just worse at the end I would still try to watch the Season 2 tho baka this time the the ending would really be good enough to justify Ben and Jim’s characters and story.

I think the feelings for Yana where never deep feelings. Just look around, there are many people who are not in love anymore, but stay together because they are afraid of being alone. Or worse, being together and never ever loved the partner. It happens.
As for Leo, i think there is backstory we dont know. Flo mentioned his mother before, so i think that his mother is some real big influence. good or bad, we dont know. And i dont think he gave up easily. We only saw that snippet and for all we know Leo could allready be plotting his revenge.
