After watching you makes this fudge before Christmas. I went right to the store and got all the ingredients to make 3 pans of this Delicious Fudge, OMG I ate my self silly eating this delicious fudge and everyone one love it so much. I work in a hospital and my boss even gave me the day off from work so I could make this fudge for his Family. I couldn't believe it. This is amazing stuff here and you should have kept it to yourself and sold it. You would be a Millionaire by now. Thank you so much again and God Bless you...
We appreciate the kind compliments. Thank you for watching

Great idea!🍹
@@ErinWalker-je4vw love it! Spiced rum or regular dark rum? There’s also the clear rum… which?
I would recommend clear rum 🍹 for reasons.
@@ErinWalker-je4vw or a good rum extract. thank you for watching
YUM! I used to make fudge and sell it when I was working at the Christmas Boutique. I've made all kinds and now I can add this to the list!! Thank you!
1 20 oz can of crushed pineapple
1 cup of sugar
Bring it to a boil and boil for 5 minutes. Then turn the heat down and simmer it for 20 minutes until it's cooked down and the liquid is mostly gone and it looks like candied pineapple.
Add 2/3 cup of Sweetened Condensed Milk, stir that in and let it sit for 3-5 minutes
24 oz of White Baking Chips
Stir in the chips until melted
8x8 pan lined with parchment paper
Let it sit until it comes to room temperature or let it sit for 20-25 minutes, then put it in the refrigerator to finish cooling before cutting.
Sounds delicious. We appreciate you watching
TY!
SPOT ON sharing this!!! You're an angel! :D
As a diabetic, I'll make it with no sugar added pineapple, sugar free coconut condensed milk, sugar free white chocolate, etc. You're cooking and my brain substitutes the ingredients at the same time 😅 I'm saving it in my library 👍🏼
Sounds great! We appreciate you watching
Wait theres sugar free condensed milk?!
Instead, research the doctors who cured their patients' diabetes by giving them several cups of white sugar. Ray Peat has written about this.
@ yep, the coconut version. thank you
Are you still alive?
Thank you so much for this recipe! I made it and added some maraschino cherries. I brought them to work for a party and everyone loved them.
We are glad you enjoyed the recipe. Thank you for watching

Whoo hoo! Thanks for recommending this, YT. I just bought crushed pineapple today & picked up white chocolate chips on a whim; talk about destiny! And I'd never heard of this before. I miss making Christmas candy with mom, so I'll make this to honor her memory. I'm so grateful for the work put into making such a clear, concise video. Grazie!

Peanut butter fudge is good, too. Butter fudge is another non-chocolate fudge as well. I'm sure there are others. This pineapple fudge is great; Christmas candy that taste like the promise of summer. 😊
@One-eyedFats that's awesome I am going to try theses fudge candies can't wait! Have a blessed holiday!
@ we appreciate you watching. Thank you
Well done video! Straightforward instructions without adding a bunch of nonessential talking and cutesy opinions, plus jumping ahead with time frames so we didn't have to watch the whole process of bringing to a boil, stirring until melted, etc.

I wonder if butterscotch melts would work as well. I'd be tempted to put a cherry in each bite on top, maybe adding a layer of ghrahm cracher crust to make like a pineapple upside fudge.
Thank you for inspiring me ma'am.

Thank you for the video. I will be making it too...i love pineapple. Just curious if you think milk chocolate would work too, or would it be too overpowering? Thanks again.
You wouldn’t be able to taste the pineapple. We appreciate you watching
Well, my dad used to always make homemade fudge, which I still need to figure out how to make and um, yeah, because I love the fudge so much. I don't know if I'm going to be able to manage it. And I love pineapple so much but I like fresh pineapple. I don't really care for the canned pineapple. So this seems to be very delicious, but I am gonna give it a try. I am going to give it a try to make it and see how it tastes. Because I like to take desserts to church.
We appreciate you watching.
I gotta try this

Interesting. Does it really need the augar you add in the beginning?
To make the jam yes
I'll have to make this my pure cacao paste.
Pro tip: add some cayenne pepper and you may see and hear some cool stuff.

Thank you for this recipe... When it was sitting on the stove, did you turn off the heat on the burner?
You want to reduce the pineapple to make a thick jam. It’ needs to be hot in order to melt the white chocolate chips. Thank you for watching
