This time I will make a basic pound cake!
Pound cake is called pound cake because it uses one pound each of butter, sugar, and flour.
However, I feel like it's a little too sweet, so I reduced the sugar.
If you eat it freshly baked, it will be crispy! It's moist when you eat it the next day!
Both are delicious!
{Ingredients]
100g Butter
80g Granulated sugar
1 Egg (L size)
40ml Milk
100g Cake flour
3g Baking powder
[How to make]
1. Bring the eggs and milk back to room temperature. (soak the eggs in hot water around 40℃ for 10 minutes to speed up the process)
2. Place the butter in a heat-resistant bowl and warm it in the microwave. (600W, 10 seconds)
3. Mix the butter from ② with a whisk to make it homogeneous.
4. Add granulated sugar to ③ and mix well.
5. Mix eggs and milk.
6. Add egg mixture ⑤ to ④ in two parts and mix well each time. (it's ok if it separates a little)
7. Mix flour and baking powder, add to ⑥, and mix in a cutting motion with a spatula.
8. Warm the dough in the microwave. (600w, 10 seconds)
9. Pour the batter into a mold lined with baking paper.
10. Bake in toaster (190℃, 13 minutes)
11. Once the surface has hardened, make a cut in the center with a knife.
12. Bake in toaster. (190℃, 15 minutes)
12. Once the fever has subsided, put it in a nylon bag (can be wrapped) and leave it overnight.

カボチャを入れても美味しくできますよ。
カボチャ200gをレンジで加熱後マッシュして薄力粉とBPを入れる前に加えて下さい。（皮はお好みで）
砂糖は少し減らして60～70gにした方がカボチャの甘味を楽しめると思います。
