According to the Pragyan bharti scheme, this scooty scheme is an award for scoring 75%+ and 60%+ in hs exam for boys and girls respectively. I don't know why we, the eligible students, are not getting the award just because we took a drop for an entrance exam or took admission in colleges outside Assam.
