Good video . Do we have to take care the direction of the crackle medium and paint coat or just follow short stroke in any direction be it paint or crackle medium
U can apply the crackle medium in any direction. You have to only take care of the direction while applying the top coat of the paint, apply the paint in same direction in small strokes.
@@be_cre8ive hey finally I made my wall plate with your crackle guidance and it came out awesome …. I left the coast of medium at least for 4 hours or overnight and your stroke methods were fantastic it worked
Nice video, but don't let the crackle effect liquid dry completely, let it dry for only 10 to 15 minutes, n then apply the white paint ,it will give very good effect
You can leave it to dry under fan for 15-20 minutes, the size of cracks depends on the amount of the crackle medium you apply (more crackle medium= larger cracks, less crackle medium= smaller cracks) Apply just one layer of chalk paint above the crackle medium (if you apply more then one layer then the cracks will get covered with the paint and they won't appear)

You can.. But you would have to prep the canvas so I would suggest using the crackle paste on canvas instead of this
