My (hoarder) father was a carpenter and my Mom was a realtor. You are absolutely spot on with all of these points and I learned something new about accent colors. I wouldn’t have guessed but makes perfect sense that it can help update and accentuate architectural details and make them pop.

When I had my house built in 2000 I was excited about having a corner jacuzzi tub. Its was all the rage back then. 24 years later I’m still here. Still have the tub…..I’ve used it 3 times. Not kidding.

@@JohannGambolputty22 my dad got a lot of use with their jacuzzi. He drained it and made it a storage. No joke.
