Lymphatic Drainage Massage【English Version】

Hello everyone,
I’m so excited to share wth you my collaboration with Naomi Matsuda, an incredible massage therapist here in Hawaii. I’ve had the pleasure of experiencing Naomi’s massage techniques first hand and let me tell you, she has given me one of the best massages I’ve ever had!
My desire for this series was to create a massage sequence that could be done yourself, in the comfort of your home, and with proper massage techniques.
The first episode of this series is Lymphatic drainage.
✔️Manual lymphatic drainage is a massage technique that uses gentle touch to improve the flow of lymph, bringing circulation back to the body.
✔️In addition to reducing swelling and water retention, it is also effective in improving the immune system by eliminating toxins.
