Brother we can and we will do it. You hit a certain age and you got to fight just to maintain. Im not at old as Mr. Bozy, but I don't work in a gym either, so I have to force exercise into my routine. Its not like I can pick up the noddel or the pads and find some young boxer and start doing pad work - getting that great cardio. I got to get on the treadmill, or go find the heavy bag. I will say this add flexibility training to whatever you do. I started doing that about 2 months ago and along with my exercise - has made a world of difference. Im trying to do 1/2 hour a day of stretching - I had no idea it would make such an impact - try it, most people just skip it, I never thought much of it, but that strecthing is tremendous.
