1,500 tph SINGLE LINE Aggregate Crushing & Screening Plant

Series of short Videos taken over a few years showing the Feed from the Quarry to the Hopper of the Metso C160 Primary Jaw Crusher. The Crusher is set at 6-3/4" to 7" CSS (170 mm to 180 mm) resulting in a throughput of 590 to 610 tph. This plant achieved a peak throughput capacity of 1,800 tph, thanks to the SEPARATION CAPABILITY of the Vibrating Feeder Grizzly COMBINED to the correct Fragmentation of the feedstock. It is way cheaper to break rocks with Explosives than using Mechanical Means , namely Crushers. With about 170 Hours/Month Operation, as long as the feedstock' fragmentation is as intended, total throughput of 225,000 tpm is a jiff!!

Not much crushing action shown. Just lots of poorly designed feeders which clog up and require periodic unblocking. Lets see the crusher eat rock...

Mr. Izalman, please read the caption: it says that it is a collection of short videos taken over a few years, and in any case this video is part of several videos on subject matters, posted both in youtube and linkedin. FYI!
