Snow is beautiful if you are looking at it through a window with a hot cup of coffee or tea in your hand. If you have to get up in the dark, defrost your car, and drive to work through snow that has turned into gray slush it is not so nice. I can remember having to carry a cigarette lighter, even though i dont smoke, so that i could heat my car key to melt my way through the ice that had built up over my car door lock. Yep, through a window it is beautiful. The rest of the time it is miserable. I live in Florida now. We suffer during both days of winter when i gets below 35 F.
