Good afternoon. Can you please advise? Cyrus SmartPower Plus was working today and then started turning off during operation, blinking and turning on again. Then the operating time became shorter and shorter and eventually it did not turn on. Now, when you turn on the button on the front panel, it starts blinking red. I measured the voltage at the test points and 5 and 15 volts normally, instead of 42 and 43 volts 44 and 46 respectively. The fuses are all ok. It looks like some kind of capacitor has failed. Can you tell me where to look?
I think someone shorted the one on the right to the case by accident, then they took it to bits and eventually put it back together again which is where the other insulator became lost.
