When you create a “user” everyone gets their own number, however you can give them access to the number that would receive the calls so it rings both of you correct
Like a one time password? I don’t have any issues receiving any other than from one of my 4 banks I use. The others work fine, Amazon has worked fine etc
This is why I watch your channel always got new things that help thanks man Question can the number I usually have for the office be re-routed to a technicians phone on like a Saturday when they are in and my office staff isint?
Griffin, currently I have sideline but it only allows you to have 1 phone number. I'm in several different markets so I need 5 numbers all with different area codes. Does openphone allow you to do this?
I know we have two because you are able to port in numbers you own, example I had a number with Verizon that I ported into open phone which only costs like $60/yr to have in there
It’s still very new so I’m waiting for many features and kinks with GD to be worked out, as well as it’s a little rich in regards to cost for what it is. Have to justify paying about $200/mo when I can use open phone for less than $20/months
Question? If someone calls the business line can both team members have the same main number and can either one answer the phone line for the client
We both own the company, we rather have 1 number to share

@@GriffinThomasMFCEO thanks but I dumped openphone because their customer support sucks. Worst company I ever dealt with.
Question, why did you choose OpenPhone over Gorilla Desk VOIP?
