But they're gradually getting their name out there, especially now that they reached #7 on the Oricon Singles Chart :)
It took me only a day to remember each sub-unit. Now I'm trying to tackle the names. It's going to be very hard to remember 21 names! So far my favorite is JADE! A member in Lapis rapped in Korean. Apeace fighting!
At first I thought 21 members is ridiculous, but then after watching this I realise that they have really great co-ordination and their talent all seem to complete each other in some way. Vocals are amazing and dancing is very in sync. I'll be keeping my eye out on them now. :D

It kinda worked how other kpop groups were formed. People auditioned for Golden Goose Ent. (though some came from XING Ent) and GGE trained them for a while and then released this group - first as Double B 21 but now as Apeace with 3 subgroups. They split lyrics between the leads (the rest are heard in the background). For example, in Hero you hear a lot of Youngwook, Sungho, and Wanchul for the bridges and chorus, and Duhwan and Jinwoo for the rap. It's different for different songs
Yep~ They released this a few months after they came to Japan, so their Japanese wasn't at a good enough level to rap in Japanese. I'm personally glad they didn't botch the pronunciation horribly like a lot of k-pop groups do when they rap in Japanese..

Youngwon suffered a left orbital fracture (left cheekbone) from getting hit in the face (accidentally of course) on Jan. 24th. He had to be rushed to the hospital and rested for nearly a month. He is feeling better now and returned to K Theater on Feb. 19th. It's unfortunate that no one knows about this, but every time I send AllKpop a tip about Apeace, they just get made fun of, so I just stopped sending tips. No one knows about their new single they just released on the 13th either :(
Out of curiosity..how did they get so many people to be in one group and how do they divide the lyrics so everyone gets a part??..I like them tho..love their songs..^-^
