Hi Jerry, I find your tutorials very helpful but I have discovered an issue with my Tank 500 Ultra that I cannot resolve. The vehicle has a " Vital Signs Monitoring System" Is it possible to permanently disable this feature? If a person is resting after a long period of driving or maybe even sleeping in the vehicle it is very disconcerting for the horn alarm and hazard lights to begin sounding and flashing. Any advice you can give would be appreciated.
I;m looking at buying at buying a Tank 300 but I cant unless GWM allow more control for the owner to turn some of the features off permanently. I'm told the that the lane assist features can be permanently switched off in the non ultra models but not in the Ultra and then the ultra also has the driver monitoring. GWM needs to understand australasians dont like not being in full control and make off in settings remain off - unless driver decides to turn them back on.
I got this n Thailand, nice so far but lots of annoying quirks - what’s the trick with the indicators - no matter what I do they don’t switch off easily or automatically - I find myself having to flick the indicator stick and constantly jumps from left to right indicator - so annoying and dangerous

I can’t remember it correctly but this car might have easy access. Switch on the car fully and the steering should go back to your exit position

You won't be able to permanently turn it off. You just need to turn it off every time before you switch off :(

@@actiaint not just GWM. All cars new from 2021 onwards will have these features permanently on when you turn on the car
I was going to buy tank 500 last week but when I knew that I have to turn off safety options every time I get into the car was a deal breaker 😔

Agree. I'm test driving one now and it's over the top. But all new vehicles have this garbage.
I was wondering if I can use the cruise control without the radar? Or if there is a speed limiter inside of the cruise control?
There is no setting to disable to radar cruise. I didn’t find speed limiter either

@@renegadecampervan5017 can’t disable it permanently. Blame ANCAP! Put a thick sticker on the monitor and see if that helps

I use a sticker - gives a warning but done this since day 1. I wish there was a faster was to turn off Emg. LKA
