I’ve never seen someone move as methodically slow as Hank. When someone else is trying to help you step it up and pay attention for both of you fellas, especially if they are in a bind.
Hank and Wiley i never doubted you guys getting it running and on the trailer even though it give you guys a hard time......god bless you guys stay safe
Thanks for another great video. It was interesting for sure. Will you and Wiley got it loaded and unloaded. I will leave it at that. I hope you get you use out of it like you want. You both worked hard getting it home. Thanks to both of you for your efforts. The Iowa farm boy. Steve.
The telehandler unloaded pretty smoothly. You and Wiley must have been holding your mouths open just the right amount. It should be an interesting refurbishing event with this piece of equipment.
I worked almost 20 years for a railroad service company operating and working on LULLs and CAT 1050 articulated forklifts. They're all a pain in the butt.
Hank and Wiley that was a cool video and I was setting on the edge of my seat while y’all were loading that thing! Appreciate the message at the end… God Bless
Seems to me that solenoid valve is shorted out when you try to attach the hot wire to it. It shouldn't ark that bad when hooking it up. When you test it off the machine it's not grounded to anything so it would work properly. Look at the point of connection on the solenoid to housing for metal to metal. Just my two cents worth. Keep up the good work.
The steel guide bars on bottom of boom and on the traverse carriage DO NOT Grease the run dry otherwise they get flat spots on rollers and fail . Grease the pins on back of boom up top . Good machine check for cracks behind tank on the frame . Usual spot if it gets overloaded developed crack on the big channel of frame behind hydraulic tank - had a few of these fail and needed welding.
I've never had the privilege to own the machine. But I have grown up Ram machines. My entire life. I've known other people that have owned them. And I've been around like tractors and other heavy machinery growing up. But I've never owned myself but I've always had an interest in different kinds of machines. Growing up and I've always had an interest in how things work and I always growing up as a kid like to take things apart and put them back together again just to figure out how things worked when I was a kid. So I always had an interest in mechanics and the inner workings of things even all the way up to video games systems too as well. But I've always had an interest in farm equipment and trucks as well. And I just think it's really cool and how things work.
For safety sake! Operator yell clear do not move any thing until the other party yell clear when they are clear of the machine this safety procedure can save a person from serious injury or death
I didn’t know if you new that one of the levers you can shut off the rear steering you just have to get the rear wheel straight then shut it off then you just have front steering
Hank I been watching this fiasco of yall in this lull project and I thought you would have figured it out but you haven't! That lull has multi function steering. It is done only when it is running. There is a toggle switch on the dash for the different ways to steer. It has crab , 4way, front ,rear steer. If you switch the steering from one to another and the wheels are not in time it will do as its doing now.! You have to make it happen by moving the wheels all the way one side. If it's in "rabbit and the front is not all the way and rear is then keep in crab til you get rear all the way to right stop or left stop. Then switch the steering to front steer on toggle turn front to right or left to the far stop same as tear axke is pointing the switch from front to crab again and turn till straight. Then switch toggle to 4way steering and axles should pivot opposite so it's in 4 wheel steering. Or you switch to front or rear steering and only turns one axle. From what I see it's been switched from kne to the other out of time. Once you get it set it will steer as you need it. I ran one exactly the same for a few years. We used to do that to other operators who not know how to run it and watch them try to figure out what was wrong. It's a simple thing but can give you fits till you get it back right. Please let me know if you get it right.. God bless.
Supposedly The hydraulics have been messed with for the steering so I'll need to figure it out once I get all my new hydraulics lines done and cylinders repacked.
boys, it looks like your fuel return is clogged. when the pump pressure equals the housing pressure there is no outward force on the plungers. this is a way to stop a diesel with this sort of pump. relieve the return pressure and that engine will run. best wishes
its is amazing price difference. I needed a thermostat housing, 1 place was $230 the other was $330 special order pay before wait 2 weeks from well healed parts suppliers. I bought chrome version of it from Ebay for $22.00 ,3 days standard delivery.. Why such a difference is ridiculous
For safety sake! O😇😇😇😇😇😇😍😍perator yell clear do not move any thing until the other party yell clear when they are clear of the machine this safety procedure can save a person from serious injury or death !
Great job Hank and Wiley, it is truly a blessing when things go as planned Looking forward to seeing your next video May Gods Blessings continue to rain down upon you my friends

Hank you and Whilley are on top of things and you got it loaded
That's a good machine just getting that part fixed.
I’ve never seen someone move as methodically slow as Hank. When someone else is trying to help you step it up and pay attention for both of you fellas, especially if they are in a bind.
Nope... slow and steady is more safe. No need to step it up. Lol
Slow and steady is the way to go. Fast hurts people, especially in big equipment.
Hank and Wiley i never doubted you guys getting it running and on the trailer even though it give you guys a hard time......god bless you guys stay safe
That turned out to be a bit of work but you guys got it good job done by Hank and Wily
Very nice job and God bless y'all
Thanks for another great video.

I will leave it at that.

We appreciate you!
I knew y’all would get it. It’s gonna be a nice machine all cleaned up.
I think so too. We've done a lot of work to it already.

Great job. Love it.
Thanks buddy
Nothing beats Breakfast with Hank Hamilton and Wily.
Sounds like the idle needs adjusted. Nice puppy dogs!
Hank never had good luck with after market John Deere parts good luck with that great video thanks Hank and Wylie
I ran one of these for 10 years in construction they are a good machine
Hank, dont b gettin Wily into trouble. He can do it on his own. Nice vid.

Whew! I'm exhausted just watching! Good work guys!! 😎👍👍👍
It was challenging!

Nice machine, I have the same model very user friendly
Phew got it home !
Well done!
Hopefully you can get it in good shape
Doing a little volunteer dust abatement.
are those leads insulated from cover and you missed insulating washers?
I think 🤔 it Wii run 🏃 and you will have a good machine you have a good day
What is all the fluid spraying out of the yellow machine at @ 50:00
Didn’t you hear they said it was a broken hydraulic line
I see that cold front made it all the way down there. I'm in NC and in the second front now. It's 33 here and was 59 yesterday
It’s -2 in Missouri. -10 last week.
After you get that running right, send it on over to me! I sure could use one 😉
You got it!
Man Wiley can move quick. I am glad you too got it on the trailer. But it gave you a run for your money.
Nice catch wyelly
For safety sake! Operator yell clear do not move any thing until the other party yell clear when they are clear of the machine this safety procedure can save a person from serious injury or death
Thumbs up for Wilies jokes
Good Job Guys!!!
That is the reason back when I did diesel mechanic stuff we had 2 washers one in the garage was for my clothes only hahahahah
Hank, you could have a washing machine outside were you keep the tractor. and put the oily clothes in it
I have one of those Tele handler
you need to have power to the solenoid to make it work you can hear the solenoid clicking off and o if workingmen
Nice work.
it looks like OSHA + utube just don't play from the same rulebook over there...
take care you crazy boys
I've had that problem of start an stop a few times but can't remember what the problem was sorry
How much oil sprayed out of that machine Wiley while you were pushing on the other
I didn’t know if you new that one of the levers you can shut off the rear steering you just have to get the rear wheel straight then shut it off then you just have front steering
Where did you get your parts?

Wiley you sly devil😊😊😊
The 4 wheel rive doesn't work? I seem to remember a 4 WD lock up pedal on the floor.
Ain’t got no Gas 🤣🤣🤣
Thought Hank was going to have a heart attack loading that thing.
So did I!!!!
I was going to ask if you have learned how to straighten the wheels out so it goes straight
Maybe you got LULLed into buying this machine
Or maybe you just thought Wily needed more stress in his life, Hank 😂
New drinking game. Have a shot every time they say 9/16s.
Nice save almost gave up on it i think
love yer vids lads
Boy you boys need a talking to ! Stay out of pinch points and out from under raised buckets please !!!! Yeah yeah yeah !!! But come on be safe now !!
Wiley could drive a skidded thru eye off a needle
Our operating Engineer motto is take care not chances.
Ours is "make it happen, Cap'n!" 😂
Come dirrectly of😊f your postive battery post. Make sure you have a constant power supply.
What caused all your problems with that solenoid?
Its a gift😅😅😅😅
God bless
Great job Hank and Wiley, it is truly a blessing when things go as planned
Looking forward to seeing your next video
May Gods Blessings continue to rain down upon you my friends
You need to get a washer just for your clothes, that's what I did ,like they say , happy wife ,happy life!😂
Order the parts with Wiley's credit card & he said if they accept it he might even appy for one since they have been good about accepting it.
😂
You to make a good team
Do y'all carry those roosters to every job you go on? Seem to be in all of your videos.
What is that thing on the side of your head and Wiley's head is that some kind of hearing device or something
Microphones for recording.
Nice job unloading that big ole girl
Message to equipment operators all ways be aware of were workers are around you before you move any thing !
I try to support my local parts house but the prices are just outrageous. Cheap Chinese parts are what I can afford and they get the job done
A man desiring happy home would buy a good used washer for your project clothes; a friend did that so he had far less complaining from the Missus.
That was sketch 😂
Lol
tons of work.. I might have just left it myself. lol
Hopefully we get a lot of use out of it!
your wife told me to tell you to get you some rental uniforms, so she won't ruin her washer and dryer.
It's always a 50/50 shot that cheap Chinese stuff is actually gonna work. That stuff is never machined to exact spect.
It's nearly as bad as some of the American made replacement parts that's 4 times the price.
I appreciate your Christian witness, Hank. God bless both of you.
👍
oh, dude you gotta take those diesel dirties to the laundromat. same for hydraulic fluid, tranny fluid, and oil.
No keys guys.
I think wiley is a bit annoyed today
No wonder
Sprinkle it with rice and it will work
Hank is the man of the house. What she says goes
👍👍👌👌❤️😊😊😄😄😲😲
Hank your dangerous, you shouldn't be allowed to operate equipment when someone else is around
you shouldn't live in a bubble. If you're that scared to operate equipment then stay off it.
You're right someone's going to get hurt one day
USE UR WRANCH ON THE TRAILER TO HELP
Keep your hands out of your pockets private!!!!
I started breathing normally when they got it on the ground WHEW!
lol. It was touch and go for a minute
