I could not agree more with Robin here on this 5th wheel. I have been waiting to see a modern floor plan that incorporates a decent-sized desk with decent leg room (I actually would have preferred no side drawers for even more leg room as I know that I would probably bang my knees on them while using a swivel desk chair). At first, I was disappointed not to see a dedicated pantry cabinet-drawer, but seeing how much total kitchen cabinet space was there, I did not care anymore about it not being included. I absolutely love the kitchen design and the bathroom design. The living room area is sufficient for me as well as the bedroom. This design is damn near perfection (99 out of 100).
From a formatting perspective, I like how you got into the RV quicker than a majority of the previous videos. Glad you saved the more technical for the back end of the video!
I have to say, I love Brinkley and Alliance but this model.... is perfect for full-timers. It knocked my socks off. It's more like a home environment. And most of all it has everything you need to live in already in it. The only thing I would add persanlly is more solar. Thanks Miles for showing an amazing model that has probably changed my mind on what I want :)
Once Brinkley starts adding more floorplans, I'm hoping for a front living area version, it'll most likely be my first choice. Yes, this layout is really well thought out and not the cookie cutter layout we see with 90% of the industry, but the build quality simply isn't there and this is simply not made for full-timers. You also need to consider how much the front-end weighs with that kitchen up there.
Love the desk unit.... Much better use of space than another sofa that only gets occasional use. By the way, while the color scheme matches well, the light color of the seating will show every speck of dirt.
I love this unit and absolutely love the kitchen setup. As someone who does a lot of cooking, I really appreciate the design and functionality. The only two things I would change would be the location of the cable pass through for the desk… just seems like being centered would bring a monitor or laptop super close to the edge and if the two big cabinet doors in the bedroom would’ve been smaller so the whole piece in the slide out is a more functional dresser. Simple things really but this is an absolute work of art right here!
I love everything about this EXCEPT the stove and oven in the island. They should move it to the same counter as the microwave so you have the island for baking and prep work. Otherwise, fantastic.
LOVE the bathroom, can actually fit in the bathroom & space for knees on the toilet PLUS room in the shower!!!The majority of other campers need to take this in account
LOVE IT, LOVE IT, LOVE IT!! I think they nailed it on this beautiful coach! I saw another brand do a similar version of this but kitchen had low ceiling, no desk in living room & not nearly as nice of a bathroom. This is a fantastic couples coach with an excellent layout & tons of storage. If you can swing the hefty price this is definitely a 'high on the list' luxury contender! Really nice!! This is truly the RV to be on full time. The kitchen island with the stove in it is amazing with the extra countertop. Dual sinks in the bathroom is nice and big.
This is your best one ever. The only thing I would change is the shower faucet on opposite wall, next to the toilet. Gives you room to step in and not have to fight getting around the toilet. If your handicapped that would help.

The Goodyear G114 is an "all steel or uni steel" trailer tire. Not only are there steel belts in the tread by also in the sidewall (1, I believe). This is one of the highest quality trail tires anyone can put on their coach.
Love the kitchen and living area with desk. I could live in this. Bravo on the bathroom. Large shower, double sinks w/his & hers medicine/misc cabinets and even more cabinets to put towels, dirty clothes, etc. They even put the small shelves in the shower to hold shampoo bottles, soap, etc. Love this RV.
we live in ours 8 months out of the year, i prefer our Washer and Dryer. Riverstone has the best full time 5th wheel ever made. we have a Dually to pull this
I really like the kitchen, that is the one I am planning on. Needs more storage space, maybe a storeage room in there. Dishwasher and clothes washer. Good job. I don't know how long it is, but i could sure use a bonus room too! The bathroom was really nice. I think the way that they made the cabinetes in the bathroom, i wish they could make a larger shower or wider storage, so you dont have to reach so far inside, and you can see what you put in the cabinettes. Bedroom: no wall heater, but a fireplace. Take out those mid cabinettes and put in a fireplace. You could have the drawers on the side. Thank you for doing a fantastic job on tour. I m a y not like some of the RVs you show, but you do a great job!
This is EXACTLY what I’ve been looking for but wish it had more comfy couches to pull out into a bed, we have a teenager and he needs a comfy place to sleep . But This is by far my favorite look of any RV.
Very nice. I don’t think you can access the frig when the slides are in, but maybe there is a frig outside? It’s a beautiful rig but just way too big unless I was stationary. You’re doing a great job Myles.

I really like this one! I like that there is a place for a computer to get work done. Wish the bathroom was bigger and that the laundry was in the bathroom not the bedroom

MY FAV ... and I've seen over a hundred rvs...I love the kitchen..sunken family room...I absolutely love everything about this...I would only change the color of the cabinets....i'd go with white cabinetry...and change the location of the cook top into the microwave slider...only because cook tops in islands are dangerous especially in a trailer...love the floors, and white furniture ❤❤❤❤❤ This is my dream design....I have osteoarthritis...I would have to change the shower to a small tiny tub....love the laundry and master suite...I wanna buy one...where can I customize this.

As regards the desk, as Myles said, many folks RV full-time and work from the road, and so really do need a dedicated work space. Many RV manufacturers are including dedicated work spaces in their newer models and from what I've been seeing/hearing, they are selling very well, very popular. Granted, a desk area may be "useless" if one uses their RV only occasionally and strictly for vacationing/partying, while having additional seating/sleeping where the desk is now may be preferable, but I am betting Riverstone likely offers that as an option.
I love the front kitchen floor plan. It feels way more residential and full-time comfortable. The kitchen layout is my only slight preference difference. Everything is beautiful. I also like the rear Bathroom models. Do they have a front kitchen rear bathroom model?? Probably crazy expensive
This floor plan is good However i can see one actual bedroom which means this Rv was meant for a couble and a pet for a long term and in a short term could have one more guest in the living room The kitchen is super huge for 2 maybe switch the living room with the kitchen so more living room and less kitchen space with a good table

I have a few questions: 1. Does it have the capacity to have a handicap lift and where the step is to the kitchen and anywhere else they normally put steps, can they make it a ramp? Also instead of a king bed, can they put a rotating sleep/lift chair?
Good to see a new unit that some what compares to my 2007 Teton Homes. One thing I see on this one that doesn't compare is the suspension. The Teton Homes has it beat hands down.
Let’s see… 175k out the door, resale 170 by the first stop light. 165k by the time you hit the driveway, then 100k after 1 year with lots of prob everywhere. SOLD!!!!😂
Very very nice. Just a beautiful RV. One thing if I can I'd like to comment on is I don't understand why these beautiful luxurious upper end RVs put in a double sink. The farmhouse sink is a much more popular desired sink. That's a game changer for me
The biggest issue I see, and not 100% on this, is the weight of the front cap (kitchen) seems like it would be excessive. Most people try to lower the weight on the front of their trailer, not increase it, and I can't see how the kitchen isn't the heaviest part of the RV. I also wouldn't use this line for fulltime living, simply doesn't have the build quality you should be looking for IMHO. Great for part timers who can deal with the frontloaded weight.
How much is this beast? I wish it was a 2 bedroom/ 2 bathroom or at least a nice big bath & a half. Maybe a big/tall loft for our grandkids with storage & room for a TV too. Definitely needs 2 comodes on this beast. ❤❤☑️☑️
One more suggestion, as far as it would need to be for me to purchase this which I love it actually. Get rid of all the tan cabinetry and change it to white. Tan is ugly white is beautiful!

There is 1 with front office. 425fo.. was gonna get 1 but front office space will no hold my embroidery machine. Desk space is not wide enough

That little black unit in the bedroom is a Cadet Heater. It’s an electric heat source but can also run as a fan without heat.

Many people need that desk area for remote work but I think that would be something that should be a choice like they do with dinettes

Riverstone has a very nice 5th wheel. Wall thickness is a 3”. They kinda remind me of the redwood 5th wheels. Only difference is the wall thickness

It’s a matter of personal taste. The farmhouse sink is nice but I always prefer a double sink.
Agreed, and a person could use a small wash tub in the sink for smaller jobs.

Love the floor plan, but is that little closet, by the front door, with 2 hooks supposed to be a coat closet?? Need proper closet for coat & shoes!!

Dump the big mirror in the bathroom and turn it into a big mirror but with a medicine cabinet behind it, that would give you a lot of storage.
