I was the Han Green that won the Edmonton PQ. The toploader guy was carrying them in a nice star wars destiny box. Shuffling that deck was a nightmare, and I had asked the judge to shuffle it cause I didn't want to spill it. One of the missing decks was a Han2 Blue. The Boba yellow I played in the finals was the guy I played for the 6-0 in the swiss, he's a solid player. The field was not a heavy Boba field, there was a bunch of qira and bosk blue decks in the field.
I’m laughing over here in Halifax. You take Edmonton with 49? And Ktod Subscriber takes 46 player with Sabine and he’s a mastermind. But 0 respect for Canadian tournament lmao
Erratta is better than the alternative. The current players quitting that aren't on Boba. Defending Boba not being broken is still the wildest conversation in this community. This game will die if they don't fix the smooth brain overstated leader. One Piece erratted 2 leaders and the game is fine and healthier than this game by a huge margin.
As a player in Colorado, The event space had tables for 64 people. I know numerous people on the waitlist who were disappointed with the people who no showed up
For the Petries game store the max number of players was 64 players. They had all the seats filled first week it opened a month ago with 90 person wait list. Sadly the day of there is a large Air Force college football ball game and traffic was terrible and a few people missed because of it.
I hope they ban Boba. Wouldn't mind sabine to hit the road either. Both are overstatted and got way more support from set 2 than any other existing or new deck. Hope set 3 can shake this meta up or I'm likely off this game.
Dominant is fine. But he is warping the meta. He is too efficient. There is no reason to print another yellow Villain. We are already seeing that. Best double yellow villain? Boba. Best Yellow/Green? Boba. Best Yellow/Red? Boba. Possibly best Yellow/Blue probably Boba (less for sure). Additionally. Best ship? Firespray with Boba. Best character specific attachment? Boba’s armor. Around 50% of the top cut was Boba!
I really hate the argument that it’s better to have less variety. Cope boy. You literally make my best point. The flexibility and agility of the leader due to his efficiency is the PROBLEM!!! sorry. I just kept listening to more of your video and it just keeps making me more and more annoyed. Btw. Just because you complains does not mean it is cause you are a bad player. I did not face any Boba in the event I went to. But I can objectively say he is overpowered. This is no where my first rodeo at CCGs. It’s of interesting note to look at the stat lines of every other 5 cost leader since first set. And heck. Even in first set. None of them have his stat line. There is your argument. Their printed other 5 cost leaders literally show he is overpowered for his flip cost. Let alone the ability.
I am also with you on this leader. It's a design mistake for sure. You see where they valued 5 cost leaders. They overstatted boba and then made more busted shit like firespray and armor
Sabine is the most consistent deck and boba has a better matchup than most decks into Sabine and usually finishes its game on time. Next weekend I’m sure ppl will try to go over the top and you’ll have other ppl trying to go over the top of that.
I think the problem goes beyond just boba and Sabine. If you nerf boba, Sabine op, if you nerf both have fun playing 10 unit control decks. FFG didn’t balance the game and they refuse to take responsibility so the game will fail. Erratas arnt that bad bro if your willing to quit the game over an errata you probably were not really into the game to begin with.

Got a list? Han Green is my only one struggling right now so trying to get some inspiration before I break it down.

Who is saying that? Because I've haven't seen or heard anything remotely close to that
@@sn0ggrriss As a fellow Canadian, I still have no idea what you tried to say.

"As of now, Boba has won 16 of 28 PQs (57%), is 28 of 56 of the Finals (50%), and is 41% of the Top 8"
PERFECTLY FINE lol

Yeah if you don't want much variety then chess or poker might be the better spent time.

Sorry, it boba yellow who won Madrid !
No disrespect but it sounds like you are coping a bit and trying to rationalize that there is no problem with the game.
Beat 3 different bobas on my way to winning our store showdown
Looking forward to the followup report this week where boba underperformed because control knew what to expect....
Just waiting on a few results. I get the feeling people won't like what I have to say lol
