this guy refuses to make a normal trigger mechanism, but this is still pretty freaking cool! now make a series of winches and servos and motors to create a 3D illusion to make a hyper realistic AK (made of resizable housings) with a full-auto firing mechanism

I'm working on a full auto gun right now but it is not nearly as cool as this. Mine is mainly electric and uses a pulse cannon as propellant. But mine is mainly aiming for simplicity and maximum damage. You seem to be aiming more for realism. But honestly no matter what yours will always be infinitely cooler than any gun ever made on ppg.
how do you make the parts made of multiple pieces stick together? i tried making an uzi, but the pieces of the bolt would bend and cause the game to freak out.
ya so like two main systems are the Bolt Locking System and uhhhh Trigger System im not sure which parts you mean specifically so im going to explain them all bolt system parts: 1. the bolt: just a regular bolt , its longer than usual so theres plenty of space to work on without colliding with the magazine 2. locking lug: the vertically moving slider in the very back, locks the bolt when its raised by resting against a wall, also has a wheel inside it for easier manipulation 3. gas piston/charging handle: the big slider above the bolt, controls the locking and movement of the bolt, does all the movement basically 4. unlocking cams? (IDK what 2 call them): the slanted rectangle thing, its connected to the gas piston AND it has the locking lug's wheel inside it, pulling it back lowers the locking lug, pulling it forward would raise it 5. rod extension thing: right underneath the locking lugs is a rod that pokes down a little , will be mentioned later 6. gas System: its just an infinite explosive infront of the gas piston and a motion detector in the barrel hammer parts: 1. hammer: its a hammer, the top extends forward to make it easier to cock 2. sear: the sideways L shaped thing underneath the hammer, its unfinished so its basically just a trigger right now 3. autosear: right infront of the hammer, the 2 squares connected to eachother with a rod, it rests underneath the hammer when under no pressure, making it impossible to fire, but when the bolt goes all the way forwards, the rod extension thing pushes the autosear forward letting it immediately drop if the trigger is pulled, its basically just there to make sure that the hammer doesnt drop when the bolt isnt locked i may be getting my part names wrong i dont know im just making it up as i go lol

ya this is actually the earlier form of the double action rifle !!! i was in the middle of making this when i felt like turning it into a straight pull bolt action , then i procrastinated this full auto version for like 3 months

algodoo is the best alternative you can get but it isnt specifically for guns i dont think theres a sandbox specifically for guns

How did you disabled debris like the ash marks on metal pipes when a bomb explodes, whenever i try to make a gun those stupid marks haunt me.
disable decals in the settings but it also disables blood if thats something u care about
