*HIGH REVS* • Route 7s • First Leeds • YK57 FAA 37070 • Volvo B9TL Eclipse Gemini

Good afternoon everyone! In this video I bring you 37070, a Volvo B9TL Gemini which was initially new to York in 2007/08 and part of a batch of 8 (most of which have been transferred elsewhere and became open toppers). Fast forward to 2023 and York had put their plans of having a full electric fleet into action and all of their B9s we're displaced. 37070 was the only one out of its batch to be transferred here and was soon painted into Leedscity green and received guide wheels for the 7 series where it sees most of its time today. Now onto the video, this bus demonstrated itself quite well in this run and nearly hit the rev limiter a few times with the hill climb leading to Scott Hall Road. As we neared the end of the journey, there were a few 40 zones which meant we could show off its speed a bit more (and also hear its lovely axles in 5th and 6th gear)
