I would sell the damaged Polish pottery anyway. Some people just collect it and put it on a shelf. As long as you disclose the damage, let them decide.

I think people would by the piece with damaged bottom. It could be used for bread or other non liquid items. Or just display. It’s so pretty.
The problem is when things with cracks are jarred in shipping. They completely shatter so it could be possibly sold in a booth, but they most likely break unless they are professionally repaired.
Your polish pottery napkin holder is a current design..I collect it! The pattern is silk cotton tree. LOVE all of the polish pottery!

Our kitchen is all Polish Pottery. So beautiful. Yes, it is heavy but rarely breaks. Going shopping in Poland is one of my favorite memories of Europe.

I lived in Germany and worked at a polish pottery store along with personally going to Poland to shop for polish pottery. There is no “name” per se for patterns. Americans make them up mostly.. UNIKAT is the high end hand painted by an artist.. very valuable
I think the weirdo bird at the end is actually a dish that sits on you kitchen sink to hold your dish scrubby. Love thrifting for profit and learn a lot from your videos 💕

All of that Polish pottery is absolutely amazing and well worth the price, even the damaged one. I'm sure a Potter could repair it so it can be used. Love every single piece you picked up and I would have a hard time selling it because I would want to keep them all!

You might be able to get the utensil scratches off with a magic eraser. Its worth a try.

I was screaming at the screen to flip over the glassy baby!!! lol
In future, if you notice those grey lines forming when you wash it pop it straight in the oven at around 100 degrees. This evaporates the water quickly and will lessen the chances of leaving a stain. If the water is dirty it probably won’t work as the dirt will be trapped. Worth a try. Won’t repair the damage but will reduce the look of the damage. I used to be a porcelain restorer.

You can clean silverware marks off dishes and mugs with metal polishing cleaner.
There is a store for the Polish pottery in Seguin, TX. The price for current covered oval dishes is more than $25. You found a bargain!

The bottom of the one is to damaged to use BUT not to display. All so beautiful. Lucky girl! And all the people hating on your video the day before yesterday must of loved this video. I did. I do ceramics and one of the women there is from Poland and collects Polish pottery. I traded her a Polish pottery (which she collects) mug for one of her mugs that she makes in her own style of Polish pottery. I'm using it today ☺I also have about 4 vintage casseroles (including one from France with birds on it) and am thinking of starting a collection. Loved this video...loved your family. Hope you had a great family getaway.

I am a collector since 2019 of Polish Pottery but not familiar with two of the patterns. Did see Unikat on bottom. The grey & red is a newer pattern. Polmedia Pottery will show you all patterns. That first one undamaged is a beauty. I have that pattern.
