Another neat museum Brian. You really have some cool places around. The open cockpit and parts of the plane were really cool. If you get the area, you really need to visit the Wright Patterson Air Force Museum in Dayton, Ohio. You would love it but make sure you give yourself a whole day to see it. They have many Presidential planes and the Memphis Belle and so much more. Thanks for sharing your adventures!
@@SomeplaceOrAnother that is a place you need to go that fits with what you like and up the road , 75 north you would get to the Neil Armstrong space museum that you would really like too i think, in Wapokeneta, Ohio.
I had to stop in and see this one. I recall flying as a young boy from Germany to the USA in a four prop TWA plane back in the late 1950's. Thank you for bringing me back in time.
I like the airplane museum. I like the airplane museum. The classic airplane shapes are fascinating. I also like that you can go inside the plane. Thanks for sharing. Have a great weekend!
They had a lot of flight memorabilia; including a plane and tons of models. That was really cool. Just imagine what kind of trouble you could have gotten into if you had more than 45 minutes. The cockpit was really cool! Seen that on a ton of old crash movie footage. Love all those old plane models hanging upside down on the wall. Live the timeline cases. The uniform changes through the decades was cool.
Very interesting. I never knew that such a museum existed. Really love that you find these places and document it here for all of us to enjoy. Another type of transportation museum to check out.
Thank you 😁 I didn't know about these place either 🤪 They told me about they place when I was at the Airline museum on the other side of the airport. It was fun totally worth the stop 👍
That was a cool tour! Having flight attendants lead them makes a visit to a museum so much more interesting. You showed enough to lure anyone to see it for themselves. 😊✈👩✈️🌍✈✈👨✈️
It was a fun museum and I agree having flight attendants lead the tours was pretty cool, you could ask questions that only they would know like did you actually where paper uniforms. The answer was yes but that didn't last long. Thanks for watching 👍
Thank you for showing us such magnificent places your documentary cultural channel your great efforts despite this hard circumstances stay safe blessed good luck to you your loved ones
Perfect timing. Pretty lucky that you got to jump in on the tour. How cool that most of those folks worked for TWA. It’s interesting to see how things have changed over the years.
Great tour in such a short period of time. My dad was a travel agent and I love anything that has to do with airline history. Eastern Airlines and Pan Am are right up there with TWA. 👍#93
That's pretty cool that they have the cockpits and yes... airplanes are always better without the strangers. 😂 Feels like yesterday I was seeing TWA planes at Lambert though.
We noticed that in researching Kansas City. That is...so...cool. "Stop monkeying around. This place is only 45 more minutes...let's go!" (I feel Carl's voice from Santos Chronicles "let's go-ing" you!) I feel like some 60's jet set lounge music would be perfect in this museum. Just. Awesome.
This was a very cool museum to stumble upon in your travels. Always interesting to see how travel has changed over the years. Thanks for taking us along!
I really enjoyed the TWA museum. The people there are full of history about the company. TWA HQ and central hub was in KC for many years before moving to St. Louis and even after that I think the training was mostly done out of KC. There’s a lot of hands on stuff there; but b/c of COVID looked all taped off
Hi Brian, I enjoyed this interesting museum tour. It's cool you got to go on a plane and was great to see the cockpits too. Hope you have a lovely weekend 👍😊💕
Awesome Brian《☆》👍🤓Cool stuff. The 747 see thru model is interesting & how short the Stewardess skirts were getting🍊:*:🌴Greetings from⛾Florida🤳my friend😎🎱☮🔊✌👍
I always knew I'd like airline museums! It's pretty cool the 707 cockpit has a fully operational system. A lot of the military museums that have cockpit exhibits have decommissioned and cannibalized all their parts. Lol! Those plane scale models are pretty neat too!
The vintage posters are very cool. I had not heard of Ozark airlines before. That was interesting seeing the cockpit, not too often you get to see one. I love those model airplanes too! Debbie - BluWave Odyssey
