I keep coming back to this it actually gives me chills everytime. It’s of such high quality I could be tricked into thinking SBR is confirmed and this is the first OP, genuinely feels like a good continuation from the first OP of stone ocean. Bloody well done !
Love the themes of the other OPs on this, the Beginning with the wheel of characters like in Chase, the stars over the earth like in Sono Chi No Kioku (most likely spelt that wrong), and the silhouettes like in Fighting gold! i love this so much. Edit: The hand reaching for the Eye Of the Corpse and when Funny Valentine is on a hill at the end are both references to Bloody Stream, too!

The music is the aspect that makes this opening so good. I just wish that people can make more of their own animations than using the art from the original manga because so many other fanmade openings share many of the same art , but then again, they can only make what they got and that’s understandable.
If they ever (and hopefully do) animate Steel Ball Run, i think it'd be very cool if they'd ask for your permission to use this as their first opening for SBR, this fan-made opening is absolutely incredible
Alright, here's all the references I could find: 0:18 is a reference to Chase's first scene, where all the characters are spinning in a circle. 0:25 is a reference to Stand Proud, which shows all the crusaders traveling around the world, but instead of the crusaders it's Johnny and Gyro. 1:28 is a reference to Sono Chi No Sadame, where Jonathan points up at the sky, and 1:28 is a reference to Bloody Stream, where Caesar and Joseph are looking up at the Pillarmen. That's all I could find, there could be more references. Edit: Found another reference, 1:03 references the hands trying to grab the red stone of Aja in Bloody Stream.
