Let me give you some hints. Standing still randomly doesn't help us catch up or keep up. It's way too fast but not because of your speed. You need to look where you are going to make it clear way before you go there so people can do it realtime and know where to go. Don't flick your head around randomly that's confusing. And whenever you enter an entrance or anything similar take distance and look at it constantly while going towards it in a bit of a curve
ill try to exxaggerate my turns more next time
