Loran is struggling a little with her mice but I think it's because it's her first big project and she isn't seeing her progress as quickly as other smaller projects but she keeps plugging away with it

Oh wow that's really cool. We try to stitch most nights together, Loran prefers stitching at night on my bed watching flosstube with me but I also try and stitch in the daytime sometimes aswell.

I have been stitching on and off since I was probably about 10 or 11, I spent alot if time when I was having my children away from stitching and then came back properly like alot of people at the start of the covid pandemic and Loran has only really been a couple of years. My husband has just started taking an interest aswell and so I may show his progress on projects in future Flosstubes

How do you manage to do large amounts of stitches together without losing your way or going wrong? I like the Robin bothy threads kit but I just keep going wrong arggh. Lots love
Hi thankyou. Regarding the bothy threads kit I tend to try and work in the 100 square block of the pattern if I can doing one of the colours as I go. Sometimes I will carry on abit further into the next block if it is an easy carry on. I hope that makes sense. Fingers crossed your niece gives it a go, it's a lovely hobby to do together x

Hi....welcome to flosstube. I enjoyed your first video. Your daughter is amazing and I'm trying to get my 14 Yr old niece into cross stitch too. May I ask you about the Bothy threads Donkey kit. How do you manage to do large amounts of stitches together without losing your way or going wrong? I like the Robin bothy threads kit but I just keep going wrong arggh. Lots love
Hi thankyou. Regarding the bothy threads kit I tend to try and work in the 100 square block of the pattern if I can doing one of the colours as I go. Sometimes I will carry on abit further into the next block if it is an easy carry on. I hope that makes sense. Fingers crossed your niece gives it a go, it's a lovely hobby to do together x
