incredible and I couldn't even fathom how long it must have taken to put this massive comp together. Thanks for putting these Video Game Library projects up so we can see all the different games.
Your footage for Ganso! Doubutsu Uranai at 1:44:33 is mistakenly taken from the follow up: Doubutsu Chara Navi Uranai 2. And it turns out there's a good reason for this: Ganso! Doubutsu Uranai was never released. It's mistakenly left over on the English Wikipedia article of all officially released PS games, but the Japanese article doesn't include it

The N64 was a failure in Japan ( even the Saturn was ahead in Japan). And the last thing is the format.. expensive cartridge and not enough memory so many developers just gave up
4000-5000 or so? Something like that. PS 2 also had around 4000-5000 on its own. There were 'loads' of games on Sony's consoles. Probably the most out of all of the consoles out there.
Was hopeing I see a Japanese game I never know the name too from my youth. No luck here it seems. But awesome an glade this exists. All I remember is it was like a dungeon diver like game. That you jumped down a well to enter the dungeon and it was randomly generated every time. I believe IfI recall killing enemies you could randomly get weapons and armor and items. the kindif games that Is difference every time you Start. I believe one of the bosses that I never beats was giant octopus. that's basically all I recalled this game wish I could find it. Also a old game my dad played I don't even recall what console it was in but you played as a robot I think a toy one It had tank track. An a pipe like body that could go up a long way. I think the farther you got the more you could stretch the robots long midsection like a crank. I vaguely remember it having background that repeated in the early stages that was teddy bear faces. I believe it was a 2d side-scrolling platformer puzzle game The key was to fire a way to the next area or platform by getting you body to scratch higher This too is a game I wish I could find. No one else recall or remember it in my family.
Same here! Kept pressing the right key button whilst staring at the screen, hoping to find that 'one' game I just can't remember the name, but no luck :( Unfortunately, the game you have described doesn't ring a bell! Was wondering if you have found it the game after all
i mean it's not exactly the same, but the second half of your explanation sounds like James Pond 2: Codename Robocod. it sounds like you've mixed two different games.. but if not that sounds really interesting and I'd like to know what it is too!
@@w1ntermode it could of been a demo for all i remeber an not evin a finished game that never made it all i know it came frome a freind how had a case full of odd games full of demo an none demo an not evin all were english. but thanks for the thing to look into

they are not the only games that they got , these are ps1 game exclusively released in japan , they also had several ps1 game who weren't exclusively released in japan
Japan had way more interesting and out of the box games., america was always more straight forward and nowadays very censored and woke games., maybe the indies are catching up to some stuff the japanese were doing since the 80s., the Japanese had so much videogames content since decades that i´m surprised they are not fed up of videogames
Pepsi man really I do not like Japan's mascot of Pepsi he is a T-1000 knockoff also if you like this guy good for you and we all have different opinions so i will respect it if you like him when I don't

The amount of editing and proof reading to get the names under the right game, must have been crazy
2,459 Japanese games for PS1?😱 As far as I know there have been only 388 games for N64 - worldwide!
The N64 was a failure in Japan ( even the Saturn was ahead in Japan). And the last thing is the format.. expensive cartridge and not enough memory so many developers just gave up
2459 only japanese games the total number of playstation games which releaded in japan is around 3400
Im just looking for FMV games from all over the world for Playstation and PS2 as well
Haichi machi...that's a lotta games

Over 5000
playstation 1 have exactly 4690 games
the aesthetic from that time is unmatched and timeless
artists nowadays try their best to replicate it and very few actually can
3:45:23
My favorite is "breeding stud 2"
make The PlayStation 2 Project Japanese Games .. please
the total japanese games of playstation 2 is around 3000 games
Awesome
So many similar Novel, Slot and Mahjong games. Without them, this video would probably only be 1.5 hours long 😂
holy crap, that's a lot of pachinko
wtf beatmania games have no sound in that video.
first japanese game: "kyaaaaaa"
Can you please make a playlist of all the Wii u games and another playlist of ps Vita games, thank you, for giving us such awesome content
Спасибо! нашел Seireiki Rayblade
It's so sickening seeing how like 40% of the games are series 1500, pachinko/slots and mahjong games
Alot of crap but some really cool looking ones just a few though like 1 out of a hundred
This should be renamed 2459 Pachinko & Mahjong PS1 Games
Digimon world 1 is good game
