Finally!!! An office and washer/dryer under 30 feet. Loved everything, but why did they put vents in the kitchen floor?! Right in front of the sink? That's a lot of foot traffic and debris for those vents...
Hallelujah! I feel this is exactly what traveling working couples like me and my wife have been looking for! Bravo! Hats off! Chefs kiss! Super excited if other manufacturers take inspiration from this!
I would be concerned about the weight of a washer/dryer that far behind the axle and the weight of the fridge on a slide out. So happy to see manufacturers addressing modern needs for a workspace and laundry. I could see long-term camping if they figure out the weight distribution, made the fridge travel friendly, and used a pivoting pull out bar instead of a permanently mounted bar. Can't wait to see what the future holds with these. Thanks for bringing it to us!
Look at our first trailer but will need a work space. This one is great but I do have several thoughts (though as a first-timer they may not be realistic). 1. Stools with backs 2. Desk with keyboard/mouse shelf as suggested below but maybe a way to flip out a piece to double the desk size 3. Maybe some storage under the bar? Even if it is just a way to hang pots. 4. Bathroom needs more storage - over the toilet or over the floor "shelf" 5. Like that the fridge & pantry will come forward but I don't have a ton of tall stuff for the outside storage this change will provide. Can some of the space be taken by some small cubbies being put in with inside access from the theater seats? Maybe big enough for baskets of paperbacks or DVD's. 6. Hard to tell the size of the cabinet above the sink, but maybe a shelf in there? 7. Under bed storage - maybe a drop-in divider to seperate the under bed and the other storage Don't want my cats to escape under the trailer. 8. Optional roof solar
Theater seats are specific sizes from vendors so you can't always add/subtract a few inches. They're funny like that Cannot recall cabinet shelves sorry
Overall love it. Couple of suggestions. 1). Make the desk folding style. This will give more access to the shelves/cabinet behind. 2). No carpet under the sofa 3). Add a couple of removable stools for the sofa.
Came to say the same thing. I would actually remove the cabinet above the desk (again making the desk fold) and put a door on the floor to floor to ceiling cabinet to give it a pantry look
Omg!! Yesssss!!! Finally. A bigger tv, washer dryer prep, lots of counter space, private bedroom, office desk, and that bar for dinning - YES! If only it was 0-100 degree four season rated like ember or outdoorRV.
I actually love that this doesn't have a dinette or bunks. Both are things that I don't necessarily need and in fact, would rather not have. A short queen is not a deal breaker for me because I am shorter, but I understand that taller people would be more comfortable with a true queen.
Love the layout! A few suggestions: 1) make bar area a slide out bar OR detachable with counter extension usable for bar seating or island 2) 7’ ceiling 3) kitchen backsplash 4) convection microwave 5) induction cooktop 6) move wall hooks to bathroom 7) remove bathroom door gap
I love 99% of this model! I like the idea of a bigger desk but im fine with the size of the cabinet above. I do wonder how inconvenient the lower cubbies may be without the desk being a flip-down style. Floor vents poorly located. Love that an addition ac can be added to the bedroom. I dont mind the fridge and pantry being set back like that, as it gives the open feeling. Kitchen is great. I like the smaller tv but probably because I just don't use one. Bar seating instead of dinette? Love it! Bedroom... its fine. Its functional. I'm not upset about it but id gladly add 6 inches to the overall build to have a true queen. Seems to have good storage. I do love the octopus fight club near the door for jackets!
This is an amazing layout!!! Finally something for working couples! I can see how you can bump into each other near the desk area but its under 30 ft, I'm here for THIS! 1. I wouldn't mind getting rid of the oven and give me an convection microwave. 2. definitely a 2nd air conditioner 3. Love the color of the cabinets! Wouldn't mind seeing a nice soothing green too! 4. It would be cool if they could make that counter top that blocks the fridge during travel mode to fold up and ease up access to the entire rv 5. a peg board would be a fantastic idea in the outdoor storage! 6. Front storage needs a more water proof flooring. I'd be afraid of putting anything wet in there.
This is a great unit for a working solo/couple for extended stays. As someone that travels regularly for work this is a contender. Biggest change I wouls make is make oven a microwave convection and add some cabinets where microwave is
Love this one. My thoughts 1. Change exterior red to match interior blue. 2. Make counter extension flush with counter. 3. Add upper cabinet to right side of microwave.. Love this and your crawl under!
I kinda feel the same - at least a basic package I don't need a MFG to force a $6,000 super solar package on every RV But some basics are welcome and affordable
Thanks, Josh. Agreed. Have them make a standard rooftop solar package, and they can offer an upgrade to super if they want...or add on additional panels. Otherwise, I LOVE IT, and appreciate the innovation on a 30 footer.
Why not make the office desk a flip flip/down surface like the kitchen counter extension? That opens up access to the shelving cubbies! Making the overhead cabinet shallower would prevent head bonking, adding another flip up counter extension to the left of the sink would be great too... and electric recliners as an option for us older folks would be awesome!
Expanding that office space would basically check all the boxes for me. Maybe more bathroom space and a taller shower but this is 100% tolerable. Enough RV that is be comfortable towing behind my RAM 1500 occasionally. For multi-monitor, you could always wall mount. Really like this layout. Hope to see more after some “R&D”
Interesting. Washer, dryer, under 30 foot, good thing for sure. And the desk area also a plus. It should have optional roof solar panels of at least 400 level.
Beautiful layout Reverse the bathroom door will work better when the slide is closed Add the 6 inches and put in the full queen Add more height throughout and dome in the shower Make the dinner hinged so you don't have to climb through it Swap the refrigerator and pantry for full access when slide closed What's in the kitchen corner? Empty space? Add a drawer dishwasher under sink why it only uses 3 gallons of water when boondocks Increase the tv size is excellent The peg board idea or French cleats may be even a retractable hose Bathroom plumbing is their room to reverse the toilet and have no abstraction ? If there is no solar for boondocks, what about fitting a gas generator on the front hitch?
Love how different the outside colors! Love how they did the back coner! Love no buncks! The desks is great! The baskets storge is cool. Big fan of how they did the coner! The kitchen is great. The door side window. The storge is great. The bathroom is ok. The love the sofa. The bedroom is great! The washer and dryer pep is good. Thank you josh the desk is great! Do some more of these.
This is so freaking cool!!! I don’t know if it’s idea but this definitely opens up the possibility for someone to full time in that isn’t able to drop the money on a big fancy rv that usually come with the wash/dryer prep and office space
Yes! Cooks kitchen with 2burner stove; microwave--I missed, was it convection; no dinette, a desk, storage...DING DING DING! We have THE winner! LOVE IT!
Well, for everyone that says "no dinette, no sale", there is one that thinks "A dinette? No thanks" It's about time they did this. I have been looking for a "smallish" RV for a while, with me being a travel nurse. I don't have children, so I do not need/want bunk beds. I also do not need a dinette. Why do I want to be reminded of sitting at a restaurant in my RV lol. Now, lets just hope they don't cheap out on quality. People will pay more for quality.. for me anyway. I will pass over garbage, not matter the layout. On the solar prep thing. Yes, I personally think it should be prepped for solar. It is a 50 amp prepped trailer, so the wiring is already in place.
Personally I would leave the fridge as is, when the slide is closed if it's moved up you won't be able to access it. At my age I would prefer 2 lift chairs/recliners in place of what's there, my preference would be cloth ones also.
Your pegboard question made me think, “I wish mfgs would find a way to give us tool storage on the inside of the flip up pass through doors.” Obviously, it’d have to involve strong straps or holders that don’t cause stuff to fall out during open/close, but it seems doable to me. Oh, and yes to the pegboard question btw.
Josh, it seems to me, if we are going to 12 V refrigerators, there should be some minimal (200W?) solar panel on the roof with its own charge contoller to maintain the house battery. If an external solar charge port is added, an additional dedicated charge controller should be added.
Love this layout the only thing I would need to change is getting a electric recliner that would recline into a sleeping position since my wife has a bad back and it hurts her to lay flat for to long.
I really like what they are trying to do here! I would love to see this idea taken up a notch in a Jayco, Ember or Brinkley. I wouldn't be upset if it was even another foot or two long for everything you are getting out of it.
I really like it. Looks really sharp inside. The desk area just screams artsy and crafty zone. I LOVE that!!!! Plus the outside coloring is great too. Bed is fine, there are ways and no big deal to put in a regular mattress if needed. A suitcase solar is better anyway and that side storage is perfect to store it. I look for shade spots anyway so a suitcase solar is better.
Nice start! I like the layout but would like to see it at 32' with a bedroom slide w/chest of drawers, plus you could add a full queen or even a king. But no table/booth is no problem! One question I do have to save the washer/dryer/bathroom plumbing from the tail hop is to invert the tongue, meaning the bedroom would be in the rear and desk/washer/bathroom would be on the tongue side which would save on the plumbing getting knocked around. I know that makes the whole rig have to be 'mirrored', but I think it would make the setup more durable. Not much to jostle and damage in the bedroom with it in the aft. Great video!
Definitely solar, I like the desk & washer option. I would seal off the under bed to storage if it was mine. I like the outside storage behind the refrigerator. But the slide needs the same flooring.
I can't believe what I'm looking at, it's great! Really hope other brands follow suit! And no dinette? No problem! Honestly, as a solo camper that wants a fancy multi monitor setup for my work, I can easily see myself taking the little breakfast bar as the desk and using the desk as a small eating area instead. Sadly, the lack of bedroom access with the slide in is a deal-breaker, shame they couldn't get a 2nd door in there or something. Also, no roof solar is a problem, they at least need a prep/option! If I had to nitpick, not a fan of the floor vents and, and IDK the bedroom seems kinda barren to me. Love the peg board idea!
Dang! Amazing for it's size! W/D. Desk. Bar seating. A large tv makes it near perfect for so many working folks. Stylish design inside and out! Need the bigger bed for hubs though. Excited for this one!
Bed access in tow mode would make this perfect! I’m willing to wiggle around or under the countertop to get to the kitchen but with no bed access it wouldn’t work for us, we do a long trip every year from Florida to jersey with our camper, we don’t have bed access in tow mode either but we have bunks and a dinette that we use when we stop for the night (a 6 ft man does fit in a bunk believe it or not) and I sleep on the dinette which I know is frowned upon in a slide but we’ve been doing it for years and it still works and to be fair I bought from a private seller and wasn’t aware you weren’t suppose to use slides when they’re in for years after we started doing it lol (we do use slide stabilizers tho when it’s out to take some of the pressure off). Our campers old anyway so I’ll just take my chances till we can up grade. Anyway. Make that bed accessible somehow with the slide in and it’s perfect for two people (and our dogs).
Why can’t manufacturers make countertop extensions even with the counter top?? It would be better if the countertop was one piece. It’s a beautiful layout & offers alot. It’s really easy to see why you are the head RV Nerd!! Thanks for creating fun in your videos!
Love the theater seating and TV placement💥the breakfast bar💥the oven💥and office desk💥but that entry level bathroom with a cheap plastic toilet, a shower curtain that will drip water all over the floor, a Dollar Store 4” fart fan, no ladder or solar and cheap Chinese tires were big disappointments😩
Hey Uncle Josh, I hope that you're having a great day! I like this new2025 Avenger 25MKO travel trailer. I'm glad that they are going to use the retro metal on the outside of it. I do like that they give you a desk an a place for washer and dryer in the back of the trailer. I do think that they should either put a solar panel on the roof or atleast make it solar preped, one of the two! Most everyone will want a solar panel on top or have it preped, besides the plug and play solar panel suitcase. I like watching your videos Uncle Josh because you do your own stunts and you make us laugh. The one thing that concerns me.is the pull handles for the sewer outlets the way they are positioned they are angle almost straight down and there is a chance if you go over a speed bump or there is debris in the road it could hit the sewer pull handles an bend them or mess.them up! Thank you Uncle Josh for showing us and giving us all the information on this new 2025 Avenger travel trailer. Your number one fan and friend Leonard from North Carolina. #NERDHERD!!!
I would love to see the television on a swing arm above the desk and I would like to see the desk cabinet moved over where the television is now. It would make it easier to watch for the person working in the kitchen and the people on the sofa could still see well enough❤❤
The bigger desk would be great. Kudos for the W/D prep, not enough of that in the market. Noted TV will be bigger, but would also be nice to have cabinets behind/around. Counter extension is good, but should be flush and one by the sink that is flush would be a bonus. Small cabinets above the couch/smaller window? Run a cabinet up the wall across from the toilet. Not a fan of the floor vents. Just add drawers under the bottom section of the bed instead of lift/prop door and block mid bed outside access storage (also more secure as you can access cabin from cargo door). Small drawer dishwasher would be great for longer term/camping with hookups. Organizer in behind fridge outside storage would be a plus, but peg board hooks always fall out. Maybe a garage track system from national brand? For me, roof solar prep at the very least. Combine gray water hookups with black. I would want Azdel version option.
OMGosh Josh! I love this floorplan! 💞 Finally, a smaller trailer with W/D prep and a desk space. I also want the desk a bit lower so I can use a regular office chair instead of a bar stool. I like being more ergonomically correct and having back support while working. I love the kitchen counter space, including the extention. I would use the extention like a tv tray to pull a chair around and watch tv while eating. I can see it now, using all that prep space to cook while setting up my meal on the extention...😁 I love the fridge and pantry space. I love the single basin sink...👍 I love no window over the bed...👏 My modifications would be upgrading to a Nautilus shower curtain or at least to the heavy duty plastic ones that Jayco uses. And, switching out the floor vent covers to the ones Keystone has been using (instead of the meat slicers 😏). And, more than likely changing out the brass hardware for silver or black pulls. But, overall, I love this floorplan! 😍 Very well done! Bravo! 👏👏👏
Oh, and yes, it would need to have at least solar prep. Prefer that it had a 200-watt battery tender. And, it needs to have a solar port for a portable panel. If it has at least solar prep, it's a very real possibility I will buy this trailer. As long as it doesn't roll off the line a complete disaster.
THIS IS AWESOME! FEELS GOOD TO BE 'WASTED DRUNK'! 🤩 Primetime...WOW! 👍👍👍 Thanks for steppin' out there for us 'regular people' with something fun, cool, functional and niche' without it being a really long travel trailer or 40' Luxury 5th wheel!💰💰💰💰
Great concept with the desk and W/D prep! Hopefully, more manufacturers will pick up on this and offer this option vs bunkhouse or 2 different models like Avenger did here. Bravo. Great video as always.
Definitely need a rooftop solar option. Even if it just prep without a full solar option. I'm really not a fan of the portable solar panels. As for the fridge, I generally assume they are 12v these days unless it is listed otherwise. I definitely hope more manufacturers give more options for these types of layouts.
I like it. One suggestion for the Desk is to have a pullout keyboard mouse tray under it. Not just wide enough for a keyboard, but also a mouse. My favorite part of my personalized desk area in my RV is as my father calls it, my “I love me wall”. Adorned with my degrees and credentials, so they’re viewable when on Skype meetings.
Yes, add 6" for a std mattress, solar prep/basic, and I'd add a taller access/peg mounting to that void space for Fishing rods, etc. Otherwise it's near perfect for 2. And the underbed access to the passthrough is perfect arrangement for a litter box place.
This needs to be R&D’d to high heaven! It’s exactly what I’ve been wanting. Literally my one and only complaint about this one is that the ceiling isn’t higher. So if someone was to come in and build this layout fixing that issue, chef’s kiss!
Maybe if they downsize and reverse the pantry and fridge the road mode would work. Like the outside door, be great secure space for folding elect bikes.
Love this concept. Definitely keep it as a different model from the BH. Some suggestions: 1. Swap fridge+pantry for road mode fridge access. 2. 6-9" height or 3" barrel roof for more shower head room. 3. No floor vents. 4. 12V fridge needs a minimum 200w solar on the roof. Keep existing solar plug. 5. Fan of bigger desk, bigger tv, outside storage behind fridge+pantry, 50amp for 2nd air. You didn't show the suspension. Does it have an equalizer? Looking forward to others r+d this floorplan on the laminated side. Thanks Nerd!
Nice camper. Finally a washer dryer space! Not often in a TT. I feel like a cabinet is missing next to the microwave for some reason. Maybe move the tv over a little to the right? IDK A shelf in the upper kitchen cabinet would be great. Is that dead space next to the kitchen drawers near the bar? Take care Josh! Don't work too hard! Lol
Finally finally finally! I've been looking for a sub 30ft with a legitimate desk area and a washer dryer hookup. Wish the desk was a little bigger and has a little bit more storage. The placement is a little weird but I'll take it. Only place I've really seen all these on one camper is usually a big boy or a fifth wheel and like 60k minimum. Love the layout. Will definitely consider for sure.
I like it! I love creativity and things that avoid the dinette. I know a dinette is an advantage for a lot of people, but as a future solo camper, it would just be a wasted space and weight. There are things that I would love to see in smaller campers: a desk/workspace, washer/dryer prep...OH LOOK! Someone did it! It is perhaps a contradiction that it is 50 amp with washer/dryer prep - definitely a formal park site use, and solar. I think adding solar (even a stout version) expands options for use. It obviously immediately makes the washer/dryer dead weight and unusable, but I don't see that as mutually exclusive. It gives options, though certainly at a weight and cost penalty. But I definitely like the unconventionality of this! Thanks!
This is phenomenal, absolutely love it! That being said I’m glad to hear this isn’t the final form and I have a couple notes for avenger, first I would really prefer to see that theater seat change out for something with a cuddle compliant liftable arm rest, this is a great solo model and one person doesn’t need two separate seats but they might enjoy to kick their legs up on a sofa. The knee room in the bathroom is a big bummer and I’d like to see them scooch the bathroom wall over a bit to give it even just a couple inches more, just make the storage to the left of the laundry a little smaller, more tight to the size of those bins you showed in this one. I’d also like to see that area to the right of the kitchen drawers have a cabinet door inside instead of the outdoor fridge, that feels more useful to me. I love your idea of a pegboard in the compartment behind the fridge, if they don’t do that I would add that after market. I also feel like solar prep is a minimum in my book, that should at the very least offer it as an option. Over all I’m still stoked about this one
Avenger, three things. Put a circle hole in the desk for wires, and put a double outlet under the desk. On either side of the desk, extend the top by at least 4.5 inches if you can. This will allow for the larger monitor mounts that support the big 32-38-inch monitors. Not everyone will use that large of a monitor, but anything smaller than 38 will use a desktop mount smaller than 4.5 inches. The power on the side is acceptable, but under the desk would help keep the small desk nice and tighty.
Josh, my wife and I saw this. Just as everyone has a backside, everyone also has a comment... our consesus was that (for us), we would probably like to do away with the desk area, bring that wall forward and make the bathroom area full width, but include the laundry compartment in the bath...and then move the 'throne' over to make the bath almost 'suite size'.... but this is just us... we are interested in the Alliance Delta prototype you showed earlier...as it is closer to what we would want...once we sell our old Bounder 33R! Thanks for all the videos.
I like how they were able to take a bunk model and convert it into a couples model. Maybe they could switch the pantry and fridge around so the fridge would be next to the theater seat, that way when they slide them forward the fridge would still be accessible when it's in road mode. As for the solar it would be nice if it had solar prep, that way if someone wanted to they could add panels after the fact. I like the prop rod under the mattress, it's simple it works and it's less likely to fail.😀
It's great! but I'd have like a sofa sleeper in the bedroom... maybe under the window and against the back wall, so you can have a full size closet by the door. Or just a bed against the whole back wall and a full closet.
Well daggum! They're getting there! lol. Maybe make it a few feet longer so that bathroom can be bigger. If it had a bigger shower and bathroom area, I'd be SOLD!
I really like the idea of the 30ft size. A little more space here and there is always nice but then it starts to become more of a challenge hauling it around It's all a push and a pull isnt it?
I like this floor plan. Almost. The only thing I would rip out immediately are the bunks and convert that area into a proper office. The color scheme is nice. I would also change that pantry to a pull out pantry just to keep things within better reach. The counter space is awesome! It definitely needs a second ac or a fan in the bedroom at the very least. A second entry straight into the bedroom would have been nice.
I'm somewhat confused.. this is not a bunk model. This is the office/laundry model They make a 2nd version called a 25MKB that has dedicated bunks But you don't need to rip them out. You can just get this instead
Wow just what I’m looking for. The kitchen counter/breakfast bar is a plus as well. I will have to wait to get mine since I just bought a new RV last year.
I love the decor of this one! I would buy it just for the blue cabinets. 😍 But-- I HATE the floor vent in front of the sink!--Like AWKWARD! I do really like the floor plan with breakfast bar and the office/cubby area. Theatre seats are really pretty but seem a little tight in that slide. Yeah, add 6" to the bedroom and get a better mattress on that bed.
@ 9:25, this may be a silly question, but I'm confused about "some RV manufacturers usually don't like putting the washer/dryer in the back of RV's", you said something about the drum rolling around when on and how that could break the stuff. 1. Break what? And 2. Why would the back be any different than any other spot in the RV?
There's more bouncing on the back of the RV. Think of kids on the back of a schoolbus hitting a bump and slamming against the ceiling of the bus. The further behind the axles the more pronounced the bounce Those W/D units have some moving parts that can get banged around to the point they get damaged if bounced too hard Above the axles / front of the RV bounces a lot less and with reduced violence
I like the layout! I’m just worried that with all the storage inside, outside, and a washer/dryer, that it will be real easy to overload the trailer. It only has ~1600 lbs CCC. I think they need to put 4500 lb axles and increase the GVWR to 9000 lbs. Again, good looking trailer. Thank you for showing it.
Finally!!! An office and washer/dryer under 30 feet. Loved everything, but why did they put vents in the kitchen floor?! Right in front of the sink? That's a lot of foot traffic and debris for those vents...
Right?!
Hallelujah! I feel this is exactly what traveling working couples like me and my wife have been looking for! Bravo! Hats off! Chefs kiss! Super excited if other manufacturers take inspiration from this!
:) :) :)

Love it. TY
@@Ima-hoot oh big second on the desk folding
I like it Josh it's the best yet
How much would it run me for that advenger the 30ft one with portable washer an dryer how much
I think this is a great layout. Bar instead of dinette is preferred. Office space is cool. 4” taller and road mode access to bedroom would seal it.
Good input. TY
YES, continue to mention that it's a 12V fridge, definitely important to know.
Noted! TY
Omg!! Yesssss!!! Finally. A bigger tv, washer dryer prep, lots of counter space, private bedroom, office desk, and that bar for dinning - YES! If only it was 0-100 degree four season rated like ember or outdoorRV.
You know the sad part? Nearly nothing else is "like ORV" in almost any way.. except Northwood lol
@@JoshtheRVNerd time to search and watch some NORTHWOOD videos! Thanks.
You could always make the breakfast bar have a hinged area to lift up to walk through as opposed to crawling underneath the counter
Someone else said that too. Seeing trends is helpful
Beat me to it. I totally agree!
This is perfect for me and my Yorkie as a stationary home, I could do a full size Matress
True queen would be nice 😊
I actually love that this doesn't have a dinette or bunks. Both are things that I don't necessarily need and in fact, would rather not have. A short queen is not a deal breaker for me because I am shorter, but I understand that taller people would be more comfortable with a true queen.
Ty Danielle!! I like how we are getting some no-dinette couples models now
Dinettes still have a place I think but not ALL the time for everyone e
Love the layout! A few suggestions:
1) make bar area a slide out bar OR detachable with counter extension usable for bar seating or island
2) 7’ ceiling
3) kitchen backsplash
4) convection microwave
5) induction cooktop
6) move wall hooks to bathroom
7) remove bathroom door gap
love the ideas. It's all fairly do-able too really
Thumbs up. Particularly taken with the blue, dining bar and office area
Awesome! Glad you like it!
I love 99% of this model! I like the idea of a bigger desk but im fine with the size of the cabinet above. Great floor plan. The only reason I look at bunk models is to decide if a washer/dryer could replace it. Josh, I LOVE your unabashed laugh!
I'm glad you like that laugh because it's all I got! :)
The laugh is one of the reasons I enjoy your videos so much!!
Bullet actually just adopted a very subtle olive green with some lighter accents for 2025. I feel like some colors are slowly and quietly coming back
This is a great unit for a working solo/couple for extended stays. As someone that travels regularly for work this is a contender. Biggest change I wouls make is make oven a microwave convection and add some cabinets where microwave is
Love this one. My thoughts
1. Change exterior red to match interior blue.
2. Make counter extension flush with counter.
3. Add upper cabinet to right side of microwave..
Love this and your crawl under!
😊
I love it!! Just perfect for hubby and myself.
Add the rooftop solar panels for Pete's sake! It's 2024! I don't want to do more setup than necessary, and with the 12V fridge, solar is a must.
I kinda feel the same - at least a basic package
I don't need a MFG to force a $6,000 super solar package on every RV
But some basics are welcome and affordable
Thanks, Josh. Agreed. Have them make a standard rooftop solar package, and they can offer an upgrade to super if they want...or add on additional panels. Otherwise, I LOVE IT, and appreciate the innovation on a 30 footer.
Why not make the office desk a flip flip/down surface like the kitchen counter extension? That opens up access to the shelving cubbies! Making the overhead cabinet shallower would prevent head bonking, adding another flip up counter extension to the left of the sink would be great too... and electric recliners as an option for us older folks would be awesome!
I love that idea - it's likely a budget/production issue for something like an Avenger but it's 100% possible
I feel like a few builders are going to play with this concept
Interesting. Washer, dryer, under 30 foot, good thing for sure. And the desk area also a plus. It should have optional roof solar panels of at least 400 level.
TY for the solar wattage idea
Beautiful layout
Reverse the bathroom door will work better when the slide is closed
Add the 6 inches and put in the full queen
Add more height throughout and dome in the shower
Make the dinner hinged so you don't have to climb through it
Swap the refrigerator and pantry for full access when slide closed
What's in the kitchen corner? Empty space?
Add a drawer dishwasher under sink why it only uses 3 gallons of water when boondocks
Increase the tv size is excellent
The peg board idea or French cleats may be even a retractable hose
Bathroom plumbing is their room to reverse the toilet and have no abstraction ?
If there is no solar for boondocks, what about fitting a gas generator on the front hitch?
Love how different the outside colors! Love how they did the back coner! Love no buncks! The desks is great! The baskets storge is cool. Big fan of how they did the coner! The kitchen is great. The door side window. The storge is great. The bathroom is ok. The love the sofa. The bedroom is great! The washer and dryer pep is good. Thank you josh the desk is great! Do some more of these.
Color pattern is on point for sure. Excellent job by the designer.
@@RabbiJesus It makes a huge difference!!
WOW! They finally get it! I love the kitchen /office place. Easy workspace for 2 people. Plus Washer/Dryer set up.
Amazing what happens when they GIVE THE PEOPLE WHAT THEY WANT
Agree desktop should be able to lower. And add the counter extension on the sink as well.
Ty Susan! :)
I LOVE that there is no dinette! I have thought a lot about buying a bunkhouse and removing the bunks for an office! I LOVE it.
This is so freaking cool!!! I don’t know if it’s idea but this definitely opens up the possibility for someone to full time in that isn’t able to drop the money on a big fancy rv that usually come with the wash/dryer prep and office space
I think so too!
Yes! Cooks kitchen with 2burner stove; microwave--I missed, was it convection; no dinette, a desk, storage...DING DING DING! We have THE winner! LOVE IT!
"Cook's kitchen" - i like that
Well, for everyone that says "no dinette, no sale", there is one that thinks "A dinette? No thanks"
It's about time they did this.
50amp and solar wiring are two different things
Personally I would leave the fridge as is, when the slide is closed if it's moved up you won't be able to access it. At my age I would prefer 2 lift chairs/recliners in place of what's there, my preference would be cloth ones also.
Good call..
It would be super handy right?
Josh, it seems to me, if we are going to 12 V refrigerators, there should be some minimal (200W?) solar panel on the roof with its own charge contoller to maintain the house battery. If an external solar charge port is added, an additional dedicated charge controller should be added.
I tend to agree myself
Love this layout the only thing I would need to change is getting a electric recliner that would recline into a sleeping position since my wife has a bad back and it hurts her to lay flat for to long.
My uncle had the same situation
I really like what they are trying to do here! I would love to see this idea taken up a notch in a Jayco, Ember or Brinkley. I wouldn't be upset if it was even another foot or two long for everything you are getting out of it.
I could see brands like Rockwood or Alliance doing well with it too
I really like it.
This is awesome input. Ty
Man.. I could see it
Definitely solar, I like the desk & washer option. I would seal off the under bed to storage if it was mine. I like the outside storage behind the refrigerator. But the slide needs the same flooring.
TY. I like when slide flooring matches as well
Yes! Love love love!
Wow TY Nick! :)
Dang! Amazing for it's size! W/D. Desk. Bar seating. A large tv makes it near perfect for so many working folks. Stylish design inside and out! Need the bigger bed for hubs though. Excited for this one!
TY Terry!
Yay you found it Josh you are amazing !
😊😊😊
Love the navy cabs & gold handles-very stylish.
MUST HAVE 2 SOLAR PANELS ON ROOF.
Take out the floor vents!!!
Like the built-in fort...😊
You say "2 panels" but they vary in size. What wattage are you targeting specifically?
Need enough solar to run everything except washer/ dryer combowombo!
Crawling under that counter is worse when you're doing it with one hand on the camera like me lol
@@JoshtheRVNerd oh I didn’t claim it would be a good time. Just I would be willing to deal with it if I could still also get to the bed lol.
I would love to see this layout in a higher quality build!!! Maybe an Eagle or Brinkley!!
Agree. I went and did some research on the quality of this brand, or should I say lack thereof. Everyone should do their homework.
I think rockwood would be amazing for a layout like this
Why can’t manufacturers make countertop extensions even with the counter top??
It would be better if the countertop was one piece.
It’s a beautiful layout & offers alot. It’s really easy to see why you are the head RV Nerd!! Thanks for creating fun in your videos!
I am actually starting to see it from a few brands
Love the theater seating and TV placement💥the breakfast bar💥the oven💥and office desk💥but that entry level bathroom with a cheap plastic toilet, a shower curtain that will drip water all over the floor, a Dollar Store 4” fart fan, no ladder or solar and cheap Chinese tires were big disappointments😩
I love this one. Solar rough in a required.
Now that's the trailer I'd be looking for
☺
I paused this video really quick and hit it at just the right time to give you sleepy eyes. lol. Great info as always sir!
hahahaa
Finally someone comes up with a way to work from camp when needed. Hmm, that "desk" is barely big enough for my keyboard, but I'm just old skool IBM.
yeah they mentioned it would be growing a bit
Your description of things are great!
Glad you think so!
Solar YES! 😊
TY!
Wow it’s gorgeous. I’m excited to see these options!!!
awesome ty!
I would love to see the television on a swing arm above the desk and I would like to see the desk cabinet moved over where the television is now. It would make it easier to watch for the person working in the kitchen and the people on the sofa could still see well enough❤❤
👍🏻
Very nice! Thanks Josh
My pleasure!
I’m in LOVE! Just have to figure out where to put Raff’s Cage. Might could use desk. I’ll do the butt scoot. Need at lest full size queen bed.
THIS is amazing!
I was happy with it! Avenger kind of surprised me here
The bigger desk would be great.
I'll be curious if any laminated builders take a run at a layout like this actually
OMGosh Josh!
I love this floorplan! 💞
Finally, a smaller trailer with W/D prep and a desk space.
I also want the desk a bit lower so I can use a regular office chair instead of a bar stool. I like being more ergonomically correct and having back support while working.
I love the kitchen counter space, including the extention. I would use the extention like a tv tray to pull a chair around and watch tv while eating. I can see it now, using all that prep space to cook while setting up my meal on the extention...😁
I love the fridge and pantry space.
I love the single basin sink...👍
I love no window over the bed...👏
My modifications would be upgrading to a Nautilus shower curtain or at least to the heavy duty plastic ones that Jayco uses. And, switching out the floor vent covers to the ones Keystone has been using (instead of the meat slicers 😏). And, more than likely changing out the brass hardware for silver or black pulls.
But, overall, I love this floorplan! 😍
Very well done! Bravo!
TY for the ideas and solar feedback
THIS IS AWESOME! FEELS GOOD TO BE 'WASTED DRUNK'! 🤩 Primetime...WOW! 👍👍👍 Thanks for steppin' out there for us 'regular people' with something fun, cool, functional and niche' without it being a really long travel trailer or 40' Luxury 5th wheel!💰💰💰💰
...feels good what now?
This is a nice layout for a couple and gives my wife and I something to think about
TY for watching. Glad you like it!
I like the idea of the office.
Awesome Ty!
Great concept with the desk and W/D prep! Hopefully, more manufacturers will pick up on this and offer this option vs bunkhouse or 2 different models like Avenger did here. Bravo. Great video as always.
I feel like we will see ideas like this start to "infect" other builders
Definitely need a rooftop solar option. Even if it just prep without a full solar option. I'm really not a fan of the portable solar panels.
As for the fridge, I generally assume they are 12v these days unless it is listed otherwise.
I definitely hope more manufacturers give more options for these types of layouts.
I like it. One suggestion for the Desk is to have a pullout keyboard mouse tray under it. Not just wide enough for a keyboard, but also a mouse.
My favorite part of my personalized desk area in my RV is as my father calls it, my “I love me wall”. Adorned with my degrees and credentials, so they’re viewable when on Skype meetings.
hahaha
@@JoshtheRVNerd it’s very handy for when people ask, “What makes you the expert?” I just point.
I like it! Cool to see something so different in the 30 ft w/private bedroom camper.
right?!
Yes, add 6" for a std mattress, solar prep/basic, and I'd add a taller access/peg mounting to that void space for Fishing rods, etc. Otherwise it's near perfect for 2. And the underbed access to the passthrough is perfect arrangement for a litter box place.
Thanks for the tips!
This needs to be R&D’d to high heaven! It’s exactly what I’ve been wanting.
Literally my one and only complaint about this one is that the ceiling isn’t higher. So if someone was to come in and build this layout fixing that issue, chef’s kiss!
I feel like a premium level builder would really take this layout over the top
Maybe if they downsize and reverse the pantry and fridge the road mode would work. Like the outside door, be great secure space for folding elect bikes.
They should make a flip hinge on the counter top where the sit down eating table is. Otherwise it's perfect. I love it!
Someone else mentioned something similar. TY
Love this concept. Definitely keep it as a different model from the BH. Some suggestions:
Thanks Nerd!
man it all sounds good to me
It's a conventional leaf spring setup on these btw
Nice camper. Finally a washer dryer space! Not often in a TT. I feel like a cabinet is missing next to the microwave for some reason. Maybe move the tv over a little to the right? IDK A shelf in the upper kitchen cabinet would be great. Is that dead space next to the kitchen drawers near the bar? Take care Josh! Don't work too hard! Lol
I actually TOTALLY get what you mean about cabinet spaces like that!
Awesome!
Thanks!
I'm glad we're seeing some new models that dont always FORCE dinette though.
Dinettes still have a purpose
*ARM REST:* Yes. This.
*SOLAR PREP:* Also yes. This.
The power on the side is acceptable, but under the desk would help keep the small desk nice and tighty.
agree on the wire hole for desks!
good video Josh
Thx Chris! :)
You weren't the first to suggest making the bath bigger. When you hear the same opinion enough you start to take notice!
Someone else mentioned that fridge swap. Do you feel that may "break up" the kitchen too much?
@@JoshtheRVNerd I don't think it would break up the kitchen to much and the fridge would be accessible in road mode.
great on the desk. yeah needs a little redoing. but great idea!!!
Agreed ty
Really nice!
Thank you! Cheers!
I like that !!!!
It's slick right?
It's great! but I'd have like a sofa sleeper in the bedroom... maybe under the window and against the back wall, so you can have a full size closet by the door.
A little more space here and there is always nice but then it starts to become more of a challenge hauling it around
It's all a push and a pull isnt it?
I like this floor plan. Almost. The only thing I would rip out immediately are the bunks and convert that area into a proper office. The color scheme is nice. I would also change that pantry to a pull out pantry just to keep things within better reach. The counter space is awesome! It definitely needs a second ac or a fan in the bedroom at the very least. A second entry straight into the bedroom would have been nice.
I'm somewhat confused.. this is not a bunk model. This is the office/laundry model
They make a 2nd version called a 25MKB that has dedicated bunks
But you don't need to rip them out. You can just get this instead
I think that losing the overhead above the desk and adding a big camp side window would be great!
oooh...
Wow just what I’m looking for. The kitchen counter/breakfast bar is a plus as well. I will have to wait to get mine since I just bought a new RV last year.
What did you get?
Nice layout. Good start. I like no dinette too. 2nd office space.
TY Bertie! :)
That’s a cool layout Josh!
TY for visiting by the way!
I’ve always admired prime time for the features they offer at usually a lower price point compared to other manufacturers
The budget points on these avengers and their tracers REALLY is accessible
Love it❤
I love the decor of this one! I would buy it just for the blue cabinets. 😍
But-- I HATE the floor vent in front of the sink!--Like AWKWARD!
I do really like the floor plan with breakfast bar and the office/cubby area.
Theatre seats are really pretty but seem a little tight in that slide.
Yeah, add 6" to the bedroom and get a better mattress on that bed.
TY KimiK!
The further behind the axles the more pronounced the bounce
Those W/D units have some moving parts that can get banged around to the point they get damaged if bounced too hard
Above the axles / front of the RV bounces a lot less and with reduced violence
I love this!
Awesome! Seems like it's resonating well for people
I like the layout!
You bet. Fair points on that CCC
Also if this had solar as an option on top, this thing would be a chefs kiss and I believe would sell like crazy.
It seems a little short sighted to me not having ANY setup
Very nice
Ty!
