- David Do, the new Commissioner of New York City's Taxi and Limousine Commission recently went undercover to get his own hack license, in order to better understand the licensing process from the perspective of the Big Apple's taxi drivers.

As a taxi driver and born & raise in NYC I have to say at least he trying to understand the concept and then work things out not like the DOT cause whoever making the decisions on lanes bike lanes is not from NYC 8th ave is not to have a bike lane to much business for that instead of widening the street they made it more narrow 🤔 o yeah congestion price 😂😂😂
Now he’s going to see how reckless them NYC cab drivers drive!!!
Now go, drive to the airport or around the city to see how TLC inspectors are acting like police.
All i can say is hope nobody sticks him up like they been doing lyft drivers

He seems like a very nice and cheerful person!
Don't just facilitate the process to obtain a TLC license but also allow drivers to get ACTUAL TLC PLATES‼️ The demand is there‼️
I wish the one in my city was this active. This man is a role model.
Yeah become an Uber driver at nights and deal with the drunk entitled young people and then with the way the ride shares treats and basically legally steal from drivers... I give you credit for actually wanting to explore what drivers go through on a daily basis.

I wish he would see this comment: How is it possible that i go through the process of getting my tlc license but can't get a tlc plate no more,instead i have to rent a car for 400 to 600 a weeek to a company with 100+ new cars.???
