- House Flipper 2 | Walkthrough of a few builds I did for fun. I recreated the Forest River trailer from pictures I found online a few weeks after release for fun. The boat is based on another picture I found online. For the house I used a set of floorplans I found online. I started the house quite awhile ago so I do not remember if I followed the floorplans to a T and then I came back and finished decorating recently so you will see some new items.

I love all the 3 builds, but there's just something about the Trailer, it's so cozy that I felt peace just by looking at it. You know, I don't want expensive mansions or penthouses. THIS is the stuff I'd want in life
Thank you Jay! I built the house off of a floorplan I found on floorplans.com (I think that is the name) and I replicated the trailer from pictures I found online. It was really fun to do!
Three fantastic creations all brought together with a great sense of looking so clean and bright, an almost natural vibrancy along with this feeling of being able to breathe wonderful fresh air due to the spaciousness and location. I cannot fault any of these designs but i am really drawn to the boat out of the three. The deck design has an open feel i adore so much. Every build you share with us is a work of art and provides an escape....so thank you Gigi.

I would love to see a build based off a picture. Not a picture of a detailed house but an inspiration from maybe an abstract sculpture, or a charcoal horror drawing, or bob ross, etc.
Ooooo or do that thing where you use a wheel to decide what you're going to build. You probably need a few wheels for a very easy way of picking things. One wheel for the type of color palette like gray scale, tertiary, contrasting, etc. Another wheel would be the style of the house. The profession of the person that lives in the house or maybe that person 's main vibe like geek, goth, preppy, horror fan, maybe it's someone that thinks they are a vampire, animal lover of some kind or likes nymphs or something 😂. Create a little story in your head and I feel like something great would come of it.

Unfortunately I didn't record these builds. I originally did them for fun and wasn't going to post them but then I decided to throw a little video together to show them. My next build will be the full build, I'm currently working on your suggestion of a Japanese inspired build. 😊❤️
