Of the dozens of Dollar Trees in my area, not one looks as neat as this. Every one is a mess inside, and never carry half the items I see on videos.
wherever are you RUclipsrs shoot dollar tree videos from you guys must have the best and biggest dollar trees ever. I live in San Diego, which is a pretty big city and we have lots of dollar trees. None of them ever look like the ones in these videos. They don’t have the amount of product, they never look neat and clean, shelves are always a mess. You would never walk down the aisle and see all those beautiful colors. And not once have I ever been in a dollar tree where the books were all nice and like these videos. We must be treated horribly in San Diego dollar trees.

I wouldn’t mind paying a little more if the employees were given a raise! Dollar tree made a LOT of money last year. Corporate greed!!
I will never shop there again if they continue to raise their prices. They raise the prices on their customers to give to the employees, instead of taking a pay cut then people are just supporting their corporate greed by shopping there. Similar, to Goodwill they are closing thousands of locations because they've continued to raise their prices. They say it's because they're cutting out the middleman because people were buying cheap junk and cleaning it up to resell it so then they had to hire a bunch of people to sit there on computers and look up the possible price for something that could be worth just a little bit more money. That's not what Goodwill was started for ......it was so that low income people could go and buy clothing and things for their house at affordable price. Or low income people could purchase clothing for the kids ECT. I can't support them anymore either.

This is one of the neat Dollar Tree I have ever seen! Wow! Would love shopping here! The store around me usually has soooo many unboxed items which are generally sitting in front of produces on the shelves!☹️
After having sharpened lots of pencils in my life (I’m a teacher) I would like to pass on that the worst pencils for me to sharpen are the Dollar Tree Jot pencils.
Another tip: The only crayons I recommend are Crayola because pretty much all the rest have too little pigment and too much wax.
They should change there name if there going up on there prices

Hey Tamara. Thanks for the walk through. All the new containers are great. I’m not angry about the $1.50. It’s still cheaper than “other” stores. The school supplies are fantastic! There are so many choices of planners and other school materials. Wow! Looks like some fantastic books! Will be keeping an eye out for some of them I took note of. Wish I could find the FLESH products. We haven’t gotten any of those.

I would like to know where these stores are too! Any DT I’ve been in is low in stock, if any stock at all. Also they are never neat and tidy like the one that is shown.

I remember when businesses use to give out free calendars. At the 1.50 price point I'll probably only buy one.

My DT stores are a mess, and carry far fewer items than those I see on You Tube.
I’m not happy with all the price increases! Being a disabled senior on a fixed income it’s getting too hard to make ends meet!

All $1.25 items will eventually be $1.50, unfortunately. The CEO claimed it will happen by the end of the year.
There are now many items that can be purchased cheaper at other stores, which is really disappointing.
Are the calendars worth a $1.50? I think so but I feel like this is the beginning. They know these are Popular items so they raised the price and if people buy them for $1.50 then Dollar Tree will likely start start raising the prices on other items.

I just purchased the larger size rectangular clip boxes to organize all my hair scrunchies/bands. I color coded them. I found gray, blue, green and clear.

I work at dollar store, these changes came from corporate office , I dont like the way the set up the new rows items are to high up on shelf. Adding these new items are nice but we have alot sorry ppl who come an steal with no shame. Even kids which is sad. All we can do is tell them don't come back to store.
Wow! That’s terrible. I know it happens everywhere. I’ve seen many times, just packing with items missing. Very sad, people need to steal $1.25 merchandise.
Some dollar stores are a hot mess very unorganized, those kind of stores takes my convenience. I stay out of them. I have other stores don’t keep the new items and that’s another problem.

The price is not bad for $1.50. But the point is that its the $ Tree. The $ General store has them beat plus better quality. If all prices Go up i will not be shopping there.

It isn't good for students on a tight budget. But f or me the price is better than Walgreens and Target that chages from $8-$13.00 for the same thing. But look around there might be something else out there.

When and who decided that calendars should go from June to June❓ In my world I like year to year. If it’s for school reasons some of us don’t have school kids anymore. I looked about two weeks ago and couldn’t find a new 2005 calendar. So I just got a planner but had to get one from Amazon and it still was difficult to get a 2025 that was inexpensive. 😤

People need to understand that inflation is everywhere. A store raising price is $.25 is not the end of the world. Just because your name the Dollar tree or the $.99 store doesn’t mean it can stay that way forever it’s just not feasible.
Well you can't get a calendar at Walmart for 1.50 so yeah I will still pay the dollar tree price.
I will not pay $1.50 for the same thing I paid $1.25 for last year. I'll go to WM or Amazon and pay more.
Some item really aren’t worth $1.50 bcuz the quality is so cheap. I always look forward to purchasing the calendars for myself and for gifts. But the niw the single ones are not worth $1.50 in my opinion 😮

I think it gives them some wiggle room to stay in business, still make a little profit….cause if you don’t you go out of business….I look at it this way….it started out…Dollar Tree ….but then things changed when the pandemic happened….ppl loosing jobs…DT was a saving grace there for awhile…everything everywhere started to be way too expensive and it’s NOT EVER going to go back to where it was….is what it is….but….if you look at the big picture it’s still a dollar store….weather it’s $1 or $1.25 or $ 1.75 or $5.00…it’s still a DOLLAR and something….it’s still a bargain to shop there…just sayin….☮️OUT
I’m very dissatisfied with the future direction of Dollar Tree. Instead of actively seeking ways to continue offering the best prices to their customers they are sneakily raising prices and hitting consumers below the belt as everyone struggles to survive day to day. I am at the point where I’m considering boycotting them for abandoning their stated principles and business plan. Why support a store that is taking advantage of the economic situation to take advantage of those in need. Pretty sure most millionaires are not affected by Dollar Tree price increase but there will be seniors that will go without because of it!

@@tamarasbargains Thank you!! I'll boycott them them!! I have on some items that I can get at the DG $1 Isle!! I leave in the rural part of the county in the middle of no where!! They just built another DG on the main HWY which is about 2 miles from me!! Plus that county just become wet!! Now I can be at 6 DG within a 12 mile radius!! This one is huge!! So I'm gonna go back to couponing at the DG...
