Thank you for uploading these videos. As someone interested in developing high fidelity prototypes for various designs, the information you are providing is so helpful and generous. I've always been deterred from pursuing these types of projects outside of my professional work because the cost of prototyping is so high for an individual. The techniques you use really lower that barrier and encourage me to try out more of my design ideas.

I have recently had success with tube-shaped key locks between mold halves. (I’m 3D printing the original master positive with tube-shaped keys elevated slightly off the upper-lower mating surface.)
Is there an advantage to the cross-section of the key lock here being a trapezoid instead of a circle? I guessing it provides greater holding power in exchange for being slightly more difficult to assemble?

In my country, there is no such thing as resin ,there are some sort of polyurethane foam with viscosity 1000 or else call it pu wood foam.are they same thing?
