Maybe you can use other instruments' tab. An instrument with slightly different or same number of notes. Like kalimba for instance. Piano sheet is impossible because it has more notes and piano holds a half note.

But now I found this bazaar and facinating instument. That sounds like a music box without the ear pinching notes. Bought one and just got it today. Its pretty nice, but theyre not perfectly tuned. The music book is nice, but its not helpful unless you know the songs. And the titles are written in Chinese so, kind of shooting in the dark if you try to learn from the book.

スチールタングドラムは、音階の幅(音色の数)やオーダーメイドなどで左右しますが、Amazonなら小さなもので、約9000～10000円。大きいこの動画のような物だと約40000円くらいですかね。
