If you have not played 1-2 times in them you cannot suggest a half size up... the heel padding molds when heated while playing and size fits like a glove. A bigger size will not have the same lockdown effect.

If you look at that 18 it was a lower profile, utilizes mesh and play lower to the ground minus the heel. If you took out the air and put cushlon its similar. If you also look at the Witness 6 they have a similar low angular profile and shape and they use even less air. I think this was pushed by Nike to do this. They aren't stupid, people like the Kobe. Kobe's family may have signed the contract but if Lebron can have a similar shoe with similar technology they will be just as popular. They purposely went in this direction design wise to almost marginalize the Kobe line because resellers are killing the availability of the line and they won't make more to accommodate everyone so why not make a similar shoe for Lebron and take some of those sales as well.

When you get into your 30's....trust me me, you're gonna be thankful those shoes are high up off the ground lol. LeBron designed it this way because LeBron has always had lower back problems. I prefer LeBrons over Kyrie's. Kyries look good but they will destroy your knees. Absolutely no cushioning. I have a lot of shoes like Sammy and I'll admit this....I sometimes play in Air Force 1 High's too lol. There's just more cushioning and it feels good.

i like what these shoes are going for, but i don't think they should be 200 dollars. kds have pretty much the same (if not better) features and the jordan 37 is looking better for 15 bucks less. these almost seem like a scrapped kyrie shoe.
