You cover everything and are always very open minded, one of the many reasons your channel is second to none. Thanks again.

This is similar to WorldFit's IsoTrainer + Crazy 8 Pull-Up Grips (which can be interlaced to simulate the IsoBow), but with an extra strap and carabiner, so two people can use it in tandem. The T2 Iso-Trainer is different in that it provides friction resistance (unlike the smooth carabiner of the IsoFlow) and elastic resistance (bungee cord).

I had a whole segment where I was going to compare and talk about the pros and cons versus the iso trainer by world fit but I edited it out. I think the main pro with the bullworker is that it has the softer second strap plus the inclusion of the other things in the package. I also like having just the one cam buckle. But that iso trainer looks cool. The T2 surprisingly when I compare it to the iso flo (at least to me) honestly feels easier or basically the same if your pulling hard. There was also a couple of issues I was having with my t2 that I have to get squared away before I get to that review.

Great Review Mike. The change to the foot straps, was done based on feedback from customer experience. The ISO-BOW is my favorite exercise tool I use every day. Great for stretching and rehab exercises. Everyone I have given it to had the same first impression as you Mike. That is until I showed them what you can do with it. They all love and praise it now.

Thanks Elad. Got about 2 other isometric devices to review still, so you may be curious on which one is best. With that said, for me personally I'm loving the simplicity and versatility of the iso-flo

    Use then both frequently.
But I'm more into isometrics than other protocols. Isotonics.
    Plus super slow for weights.
I like ke shorter workouts. Not a gym rat. 7:23

Your garage is starting to look like my basement.

It needs an overhaul for sure! Great thing is with this set up I'm still able to pull a car in about 5 min of clean up. What you don't see is the wall of kid stuff that divides the other half of the garage!

I checked your Amazon store link, as well as searched your channel, but didn't see this mentioned or listed. Do use an exercise/heart rate tracker? If so, would you recommend it? Thank you again for all the tips and motivation, seeing results daily!!

I just use this Apple Watch amzn.to/43XU8Mu I like it minus that you have to charge it somewhat often, but otherwise I can't deny I use it and reference it every workout for what it's worth. I don't think you need it, but it is interesting to see how certain workouts affect me. Thank you for the kind words.

@@hybridresistance Thank you for the reply. While researching online, I stumbled on the Garmin Instinct 1st gen GPS smartwatch, which supposedly has great battery life, as well as weight/strength training tracking. Did buy the Gr8Flex curl bar using the link on your Amazon page...can't wait to add it to my routine. Thank you again!

Too much stuff. No thanks. I think you have a fitness equipment addiction. I could not deal with all of that stuff. Sometimes you get to a point of diminishing returns.

I’m thinking about cleaning house a bit, but I pretty much use all of it. If you think this is a lot, you should see most home gyms I’ve been in. I still use this garage. You guys just see it during the workouts.

@@hybridresistance I get it. I was once young too and my gym was pretty diverse but as I have gotten a bit older I now really have focused on minimalism regarding my fitness tools of choice. The days of having so many pieces of fitness kit have lost their appeal to me as I think more about portability, space and functionality. I mean do I really need to hit my arms in 10 different ways or my chest or my shoulders? It's about efficiency now...at least for me....I respect that others may disagree and/or are in different stages of their life so it all comes down to personal preference and goals. You have a channel to grow and so I get it. You don't want to run out of things to talk about AND it's cool that you still use many of the items you review. Also,..I didn't mean to come across as so dismissive in my previous post so forgive me if I did. It was not the intent. You are doing a great service to those who are still on that journey to fitness and are trying to sort things out. You may have saved many from spending money on equipment that just falls short or doesn't fit their needs and you may have also introduced many to equipment that may take them to the next step toward meeting their success goals.

@@ToddDolce I appreciate the comments Todd and I'm in total agreement with you. The goal of the channel is to focus on low-footprint minimalist equipment. I kind of feel like it's part of my job to review these types of equipment (most of if not all are requested by viewers) so that others can selectively decide what works best for them. I get requests from all sorts of companies to review big equipment machines, but always turn those down. Totally with you also about minimalism exercises. With the Total Gym, I pretty much stuck with 8 key exercises and now with isometrics/variable resistance, I'm experimenting doing even less total sets/volume along with TG. Overall just throwing out ideas / equipment so people can decide what works best for themselves. Thanks again!
