Darebin Council Workers, damage to my property and cars

This has been going on for 20 years ever since we moved into the area, every time they cut the grass on the nature strip and maintain the yard this happens there commercial ride on mowers flick up broken branches and mulch, that hit our cars and keep cracking our windows
