My 1st,2nd,3rd period last for Two days
Then one month I got to know it last for 5-8 days
Next month onwards my body also started bleeding for 5-7 days
Than got to know we get cramps also
F***next month onwards my cramps started 😭😂
Than after few yrs my friend told me her back also hurts more than her tummy 😣After sometime my back also started hurting during periods
I was like I guess my body doesn't know anything when I get info from somewhere it starts reacting like that 😭🤣🤣

Girl same happens to me about cramps.. I never got cramps after 1st time so I was in healthy relationship with my periods but then after years my frnd told me she get severe cramps and since then I also get cramps and 1st day I cannot sleep at.night😂

When i got my first periods i am in my school my friend say you got your periods that time i don't know what is this period when i saw blood i start cry now i am no more i will dir soon then they call my parents my mom and dad both came and when i saw my dad in my class . I also have elder brother and even he cares about me a lot and during my first period i was not mature enough, like 10 - 11 yrs and he wanted to see me badly as he saw me crying and after that e couldn't see ofc that superstitious belief made that and I cried so much remembering how my brother cared for me and loved me,teased me but i was bounded like my maternal aunt was freaking me out like if i remember him then he would die or he would suffer badly
After my periods when I returned from my home-town to city we both literally cried and hugged each other for long

Yeah I also had classes about it when I was in 6th grade. It was only for the girls. They also gave us a protein shake as refreshment. When we came back to class the boys were like, "Kya bataya, kya the workshop mein bata naaa *shaking me left and right *" but we never told them 🤣😝. They are still asking ki, "Oye, wo 6th grade mein jo workshop hui thi usmein kya hua tha?" like how come they still remember after 3 years 😂😂😂(I'm in 9th grade btw)

(I had my period a little later than most do) and he started like basically giggling(not exactly but he seemed nervous and awkward???), and told his friend who was next to him!!
