could always set them on the floor and settup plumbing/pump to automatically remove/replace the water directly to the tank, that would be awesome

I used the 50 gal Rubbermaid but it is the one with wheels and rectangular. Stretched at the centre part in the middle and cracked. Ended up happening to both cans so I changed both. The 44 gal Rubbermaid is a great can to use, it will last forever.
