This was the hardest sermon i ever had to listen to. I repented and now i vow to tithe and pay offering. Thank you for allowing God to use you to convict me to obedience.

Lord knows I am convicted!! I’ve given a large amount recently and felt I did enough for a while. I also learned from others that tithing was only for the priests, the Levites. I believe this video here to be truth and my past experiences tell me Pastor Phillip is right. I pray to always trust my faith in the word and continue to do what is right and God’s will. Amen!

Paid my tithe, feeling good, got another bill, tithe decreased and then stopped.

I was just thinking earlier today I wonder what Pastor believes about tithing….Acts 2:45. Took what I believe next level when he said how can anyone look at the cross and His mutilated body and resurrection and not be generous. 💯💯💯

I think he was moving too fast and trying to remember everything, but it is Jacob that marriage Rachel and Leah and also to more women. Jacob 12 sons became the Children of Israel
I’m still confused. I made these bills before I got saved. Do I ignore my debt and pay tithes? Should I be giving my entire earnings to the church?
Does the tithe itself bless you or is it God? Who has the power, God or tithing?
If I tithe with an unwilling heart, in terms of the amount, does it still count? If I give the 10%, would I be considered a cheerful giver?
If my debt allows me to give a small amount, does it still count?
Can I only pay tithes to the church? What if I use it to help someone in need. Does that count?
I’m actually in a tight position. Someone sent me a teaching about not eating my seed. Give but use the money God gives to pay bills. I thought about it cuz I was like I could get myself out even faster. But then I was like I want to honor God. I want to do what’s right in His eyes and i trust Him that He will meet my needs.
I just heard him say 10% is the bottom. I’ve said the same thing. If turning was under the law and the law was our schoolmaster to teach us then it should be at least 10%. Tithe only means tenth so if you give more why call it tithe
Make sure we give to the poor as well…
