My first fly fishing experience in Belize, I fished with Wil and Abbie's dad. I still remember Fish the Earth.
San Pedro is almost Mexico.... but then, Xcalak is almost Belize. Love both. They’re like my twin children.
Boy are those tarpon jumpers. Hard to manage but manageable. Good work on handling it. You did a better job than i ever would. Hats off to you

I fished those waters back in the 1980s before it was a popular fly-fishing destination and there was still turtle grass and pristine mangrove, the fishing was incredible. Caught hundreds of permits, tarpon, and bones.

Awesome content I'm a fly fishing enthusiasts and one day before I croak I am going to go target boneys and permit on the fly. Tarpon would be awesome to.

North Belize was good back in the 90s then people started making videos like these and destroyed the fishing.
