Great videos, thank you, exam in 2 and a half weeks, videos have been a great insight into what to expect, I will go into training with far greater understanding.
i dont mean to be offtopic but does anybody know a tool to get back into an instagram account?? I was dumb forgot the password. I love any help you can offer me.
@Jay Zander thanks for your reply. I found the site thru google and Im in the hacking process now. I see it takes a while so I will reply here later when my account password hopefully is recovered.
Hi Adam. Thank you very much for your videos they are very helpful. I am currently enrolled for the NEBOSH OHS International Diploma and I would like to know if you have material targeting that program specifically. Thank you
Thanks for this video, it gives me more understanding of the financial argument. I have a question to ask but the question is about safety culture and the roles and responsibilities of employers. for example, If it indicated that management provides a pedestrian way so that their wont be a collusion between pedestrians and moving objects. can one use it as safety culture and also use it as the role and responsibility of the employer?
All your videos only come out of the left ear/ headphone speaker. Im not sure if you know this. Another guy mentioned this but it seems to still be happening. This video will play find on speakers, phones and tablets. It will be really annoying to anyone with headphones. Just mentioning incase you do not know.
Mr. Harris, your vedios are very useful and informative. Could you please do a review of the second question from Nebosh open book exam conducted on february 2021. What employer obligations are likely to have been contravened, leading to the contractor’s accident in this scenario? It would be beyond our gratitude. Hope you have the scebario.@Stockwell Safety
Can you please tell me if I’m heading in the right direction to this question. If I was to make the follow point would it gain a mark? Having no health and safety representative within the warehouse means that there is no positivity or understanding regarding health and safety, this could have an impact on the workforce which could mean low morale, which could possibly affect the quality of their work and poor performance and less productivity which will effect then business
@@StockwellSafety it relates to the financial argument in the scenario in this video that you are talking about. I wanted to point one financial argument out to see if I was heading in the right direction with my answer
OK. You're not on the right track with your answer. Possible points to include in an answer are: Spending money on safety as important as not disrupting the business Doing nothing could lead to more serious incidents and higher costs Labour Inspector: ‘it is a matter of time before something worse happens’ Hidden costs Unsafe working conditions likely to be responsible for high staff turnover Safer workplace is good for worker retention Medical costs / hospital charges Large costs of having an accident Fines Damage to stock Damage to FLT Production downtime Legal advice Increased insurance premiums Bad publicity First-aid costs for treating injured worker Sick pay for the injured worker Compensation for the injured worker Overtime for other workers doing the work of the injured worker Loss of business Insured ‘v’ uninsured costs Court costs Cost of measures likely to be considered reasonable when weighed against the risk ie likely to be ‘reasonably practicable’ to do it

Safer workplace is good for worker retention
Medical costs / hospital charges

Increased insurance premiums
Bad publicity
First-aid costs for treating injured worker
Sick pay for the injured worker
Compensation for the injured worker
