Love these tires. I'm running a square fitment 265/35/18 on 18x8.5 wheels on my '23 Kia Forte GT 1.6T FWD. They are very smooth and quite, wear evenly, they track nicely on expressway under 35psi, and hook up pretty good for a street summer tire. The double center ribs sure look nicer than the single one and love how they look more square than other rounded edge tires. Definitely will be buying them again!
It's actually awesome tires, for it's price. Maybe not the best out there but does the job reliably. It might be little stiffer than the other brands and I think it is because of the road conditions are not smooth in Turkey compared to USA or some European countries. That's why it made a bit stiffer to make it last longer. I was using them with my previous car in Turkey for it's performance to price value. Then I had to switch to Bridgestone because couldn't find Petlas with the correct size.
How did they do when they wear down more? No cracking of sidewall or tread compound issues /belts coming apart? Chinesium did that. This is a turkish tire
Seen pretty good reviews for this tire and seems like you're a fan. I have a 21 Genesis G70 3.3T and have Continental All Seasons on the OEM 19" wheels. I want to get a lightweight dedicated Summer set for the fun 7 months of the year but don't want to spend $300 for a Michelin or Continental Summer tire. Looks like these would be 1/3rd the price so if they're 80% as good that's still a win, and I don't rip the roads like I did years ago. Thanks for the review and can't believe the tread is wearing so well. I assume the dry grip is about what to expect from a 320 treadwear tire, so not up to a Michelin or Continental, but right up there with a Toyo or Hankook, so that's still a helluva deal. Looks like they could go 30k miles at the rate you're going so the winning keeps going! BTW, do you drive your gen Coupe pretty hard, or mainly regular daily driving, just curious, as I know these cars fun can be addicting :)
Yes they have been a very good tire for me. I track race and drag race my Genesis Coupe if you want to look at some of my other videos you can see what I have done to it. My car does it all race daily driving grocery getter road trip car it never lets me down.
@@jeffreycattelino3996 Great to hear, and nice that you put your car through its' paces on a regular basis. I miss track duty and some epic twisty drives, I still do a bit but not near what I used to. So in your opinion these Petlas tires definitely exceed any expectations you had about cheap tires? They seem to check all the boxes to be honest, and look forward to giving them a try. Did they take much weight to balance them, and I assume they have stayed trouble free? Thanks again for your input. 👍

I got for 35,000 Miles out of them without being to rotate them cuz I have the staggered fitment

I agree for a less expensive tire to daily drive on it gets the job done. My set lasted me 35k miles.
😊I like 👍 it there good brand of Turkey 🇹🇷 tires. As long the alignment is and balance is great the tire will last.
I have had great luck with them.

The tires lasted 35k miles without rotating them because I have staggered directional tires they wore evenly.
@jeffreycattelino3996 nice!
Really quite noisy on my camry at about 60-80 kph. But feels like it will last a long time
They were great for me.

The tires didn't take much weight to balance. They haven't given me any issues. Driving in the rain is great.
How well would you say they do in rain?
They actually do great in rain I live in Arizona USA we have severe monsoons and I have not hydroplaned once.
Dun like these typres...made my Touran side very stiff
What?
