Hi Vijay, thanks for the heads up, we did miss out on mentioning the Maduravoyal expressway, it is a big development there. About the metro station there are many reports that keep changing. This is a part of CMRL Phase-2 Corridor 5 from Madhavaram to Sholinganallur. Some maps show Maduravoyal (themetrorailguy.com/2018/03/12/cmrl-publishes-official-phase-2-map-of-chennai-metro-project/) While some show Alapakkam as the closest station to the Windsor Park. We guess it is still being proposed.

Ads are designed to SELL a product, and they will NEVER mention any negatives about that product or give it anything less than a FIVE STAR rating. Every project, no matter how cheap or expensive, has its positives and negatives. We show our viewers both, and allow them to take the final decision, without SELLING the home to them like Ads do. Tell us what we need to improve and we are always ready to make changes that will improve our reviews. Thanks once again :)

Hi babu, you are right about the traffic, more than just traffic it is heavy lorry traffic that is scary. The fish market smell gets a disturbing only when you are near the market itself. By the main road there is little or no smell at all.
I gues this is the lowest rating from a branded builder you have validated so far . One request adjust your Mike volume your voice seems to be very low.

u are not at all giving right facts sir. no1 gives it for 50 lakhs. minimum is 75 lakhs and 3bhk is 1 crore. no gated community gives 3bhk for less than 1 crore..... really dunno how u are telling so low cost ? these guys are over pricing ! why would u support them sir ? Eb charges, car parking etc etc charges ! talk about uds , metro, drainage , market value and guideline value . Also tell about their maintenance charges. i guess u never talk about all that coz these guys will never let u make review next time. Try to be sincere and honest in reviews. y dont u talk about construction quality ? Vasthu ? share the cost sheet . dont be so diplomatic. be a reviewer not a marketer !!! Thanks. sorry if its harsh.

Our team researches the project from all available data and wherever possible and the builder allows us we meet and talk to the sales team. All the extra charges you mention are indeed added on, but only when the sales team feels you are a serious buyer, if you have bought any property recently you will know this. That's why we can't share the cost sheet too. The whole idea is to give viewers a neutral view of the property instead of advertising or SELLING it. So sorry if we disappointed you, but almost 95% of our viewers actually find our videos helpful and then DO THEIR OWN RESEARCH before buying.
