I don't know how you guys made this podcast. When you initially announced about this you said you're gonna conduct the workshop regarding this so that I thought I can shoot out my questions. But how you made it was a conversation of two physiotherapists who's supporting the physiotherapy. Atleast it should be the debate of two physiotherapists where one is supporting one is supporting opposing.one more thing to highlight you mentioned a guy who commented in your post by degrading the profession but he asked questions to you in cmnt section as well but you didn't responded him. Finally yes am a physio passed out on 2020. You simply said if you want this go to clinic if you want that go to hsptl kind of things but the reality is no hospital is going to give you a job easily unless and until you had a high level recommendation that also for 10 to 15k salary and yes you'll get the job in clinics with penny salary by working like a donkey including weekends and we called as learning. And ofcourse we can earn money from home visits but that's a period of time only where you can earn 60 to 70k in one month ( that also running like a machine in day without seeking holidays) and 10 to 15k in another month. And you talked about a anatomy and physiology basics I guess I know the anatomy physiology basics very well than advance techniques and I used teach jnrs for handling patients. I don't know how many things I have covered which you spoke in video and how many ppl going to attack me.its really happy to see you as financially stabled physio but pls don't encourage everyone to come into the path were you are right now. Currently I'm not in the physio field I changed the profession and I'm happy with my decisions cos I'm earning income which once I struggled to earn in physio. I don't wanna degrade my profession to anyone cos I studied this with passion and dedication where I used to get blessings from patients when they got cured by my exercises. But for the sake of Instagram algorithm and your clinic branding you're misleading many ppl who coming from the poor family background, middle class ppl and the bread winner of their family. It's really disheartening to see how many ppl again going to struggle with the false hope like I used to be .i love a physio a lot but I hate how the society treating the physio. And one more point to miss, opening new clinic might work depends upon the area if you have a clinic in tier 1 area like Anna nagar adyar thiruvanmiyur you can charge high to patient if you open the clinic in tier 2 or 3 area you should charge minimal only and it also depends on the ortho doctors referrals as I don't wanna say how they are treating us. What you're talking in the video was good motivational fantasy and what I'm talking is ground reality. I'm not telling everyone to switch your field into another profession I'm jus saying think everything before step into the profession choose physio if you have wealthy family background and parents to support. Everything depends upon your own situations only. Many ppl didn't talk the reality about our profession not cos they dare to talk but cos they don't wanna degrade their own profession. You created the RUclips channel and your promoting the videos by making the controversial contents by using your Instagram game. And one more thing in your insta page you simply posting physio videos like you have this pain try this stretch or that stretch like that for promoting yourself. Actually physio will not work in that way, if a 60 year old patient or history of fracture patients did that exercises means they might have serious complications and that's physio needed prescribing the crt exercises to patient by assessing them individually. Atleast try to put a disclaimer in your posts. It's my humble request. I don't know what are the things I missed . Let's have the conversation so that I can recollect my points. My sincere apologies if i offended anyone.

Yes i completely agree with you, but i think this proplm not only in the physio other professionals also experience this and.sorry am not a professional, i just studying 1st year bpt i just shared my thoughts that all

@@mohammedthoufeek-iz4mc let's assume you and your scl frnd who completed IT or any other field except medical....you both are started your career journeys at same year. Initially you can earn more than him cos of house visits kinda stuffs bt he's jus a fresher and earning fresher level salary . You both are developing the skills in your respective fields and working hard. After 3 or 4 years you both are jumping to other company or clinic or hsptl.....you can clearly notice that your salary might increase like 3 to 5k but his salary will increase about 20 to 30k if he's skilled and that's where you will realize everything. I had a experience of interview in one hsptl where I have all the skills required to that hospital however I got rejected due to my expected salary is higher than their budget and they selected a jnr cos of salary instead of skills. There's a term called career growth or career build but in physio there's no career growth. You have to run like a machine in your 20s as well as 60s. Think wisely kid

Here is the joke the influencers who influence us as no scope..are the staffs nd tutors who are educating us..
Here the physio colleges became a huge business in which.. They market and brainwash us to join and shine in life . And later the staffs and tutors demotivate us by saying that "NO SCOPE" is the reality..
Even the first question that my hospital physio staff who treats most of the patient asked to me is.. Why you choosed this can't you go somewhere else and earn some money.. That's how all are hope vanishs... First the scope must be explained to the physio tutors who turned out a staff in colleges . As they are the one who creats a great negatice impact .
And after this podcast i would consider what exposure the conserned staff gained to say " no scope " to a student.. This podcast made me think beyond their words.
    Good job 🤝✨
